Prep Redzone gives all the details below…
Gavin Hall Gavin Hall 5'10" | 190 lbs | QB Gainesville | 2024 State GA – Gainesville
One of the biggest overall playmakers in the 2024 class, Hall is coming off a dynamic junior season for Hebron Christian where he ran wild throughout the season. Hall played quarterback, but he was able to do so much more. One of the most productive and biggest scoring machines across the state, Hall was 1st in scoring last season in 3A with an eye-opening 32 rushing touchdowns and 18 more through the air. A tough runner, Hall will now play for the powerful Gainesville Red Elephants. He’ll give them a game-changing skillset which will allow him to make plays in multiple ways on offense. Look for him to hold the ball plenty as he rushed for over 2,500 yards last year. Look for him to find the end-zone plenty in 6A now as a senior.
A touchdown machine for the 6A Roswell Hornets, Davenport was one of the leading rushers and scores across all of 6A and in Fulton County regardless of class. A physical back with athleticism, Davenport dominated on the ground last season, rushing for over 1,900 yards last year while scoring an impressive 26 touchdowns. A playmaking machine, Davenport helped lead the Hornets on offense deep into the 6A playoffs last year. As good as Davenport was last year, the 6-foot-0 200-pounder has a chance to deliver another monster season this fall as a senior. The Hornets are looking to make a state-title this season, so they’ll need Davenport to play his best to make it happen. He’s one of the best returning backs in 6A and should see the end-zone plenty week by week.
Ryan Taleb – Houston County
A breakout running back from last season, Taleb is a Middle Georgia back at 5-foot-10 185-pounds who flashed consistently as a junior last season. Taleb brings a physical aspect to his game, but he’s also a shifty back who can make defenders miss in the open field. He’s got some speed, and once he gets through the line of scrimmage, he’s always a threat to score. He was a scoring machine last fall, finding the end-zone 24 times last year for the Bears. He dominated running the ball, taking off for 1,720 yards and 19 touchdowns, averaging an outstanding 132 yards per game. He was also a threat to make plays in the passing game as he was a very reliable pass-catcher out of the backfield. He’s one of the more dangerous offensive weapons returning in 6A for the 2023 season. He was dominant as a junior and should be even better this upcoming season.
Ousmane Kromah Ousmane Kromah 5'11" | 180 lbs | RB Lee County | 2025 State GA – Lee County
The No. 1 running back across Georgia in the 2025 class, Kromah is having a terrific career and ran through defenses week by week last year as a sophomore. A physically put-together back with solid size and plenty of muscle, Kromah powered his way into the end-zone all year long, scoring a rushing touchdown in every game but one last year. In total, Kromah found the end-zone 22 times last year, most among sophomores, in 10 games. A tackle-breaking machine, the 6-foot-1 210-pounder from Leesburg has a chance to score anytime he has the ball. He rushed for just over 1,500 yards last season and rushed for at least two touchdowns in 8 of his 10 games last year. He’s only getting better and he already has a loaded offer list on his resume. Prep Redzone has him ranked as the No. 11 player in Georgia for the 2025 class heading into the 2023 season next week.
