Proctor is a frequent at our events, and he continues to impress at every watch. Not many players are built like Proctor, he is all of his listed size, and plays even bigger with his length. Even if he isn’t in a perfect spot, his length always gives him a chance to make a play on the ball, which was showcased today on both sides of the ball. He is a cloud on defense and a real impact player, even if he isn’t directly making a play on the ball every snap. Valuable player.

A playmaking safety with a natural feel in the secondary, Proctor is an instinctive defensive back with length, reliable hands, and the ability to make a strong tackle on the ball-carrier. He made big plays at Collins Hill last fall and should make a big impact on an already talented Gainesville defense next fall. Proctor made 40 tackles, two INTs, and five more pass-breakups. Now, he’s earned a new offer from the Toledo Rockets.

At 6-foot-3, Jeremiah is an imposing presence on the field and a true game-changer at the wide receiver position. With his elite size, speed, and ability to make contested catches, he has recently garnered offers from Kennesaw State, Southern Mississippi, and the University of Kentucky. His recruitment is surging as college programs take notice of his ability to dominate defenders and create explosive plays.
After a standout tenure at Collins Hill High School, Jeremiah has transferred to Gainesville High School, where he’s poised to make an immediate impact. Known for his strong hands, precise route-running, and elite athleticism, Jeremiah has the tools to elevate any offense. Whether it’s going up for a 50/50 ball, breaking away for a deep touchdown, or making clutch catches in traffic, he’s the kind of player who changes the game every time he steps onto the field.
Now at Gainesville, Jeremiah is ready to build on his success and lead his new team to greater heights. With his combination of size, skill, and determination, Jeremiah is set to become one of the most electrifying wide receivers in the state, and his journey is just beginning. College recruiters will undoubtedly continue to circle his name as he lights up the field this season.

shortly after his freshman season, and he stuck out like a sore thumb. He is all of 6’2 190 and will carry 200+ pounds with ease. He is a little raw and moves like a baby deer, but his footwork is refined and his backpedal is clean. He plays with good instincts and tracks the ball well, allowing him to get to a spot and stick. Proctor handles in-breaking routes well at the top of his routes. His footwork allows him to match and mirror and he uses his length to attack the hands. He has solid ball skills and his length helps him not have to be perfect. As long as he’s close, he has a chance of making a play. “

I walked away very impressed with this young man yesterday. Looks good off the bus at 6’2 190 and possesses the speed and physicality to eventually develop into one of the top 2027 recruits in the State. He led all receivers with 82 yards on 2 catches and was electric with ball in his hands.
Outlook: Has the natural ability and size to develop into a P4 recruit at Collins Hill. Good hands at the receiver spot and the physicality and speed to develop into a good safety prospect. We have him as the #122 overall recruit in the class, a position that is sure to rise as he develops. Stock Riser.

Another 6 foot receiving threat who gets separation out of breaks. How does he do it? Proctor keeps his arms alive during the entire route so your don’t know if he is going to run by you, break inside, roll outside, or just stop on a dime and sit in that sweet spot. He also doesn’t fight the ball and allow the nose to get into his chest. With the size of his hands it comes as second nature to flash his fingers at the last moment to snatch the ball out the air. Professional route runners practice this all the time and for a 8th grader to have this in his bag of tricks is very impressive. I see this young man challenging himself by lining up inside and outside to make sure he is accounted for since he has the confidence to create space wherever he is lined up. (PRZ Next Watchlist)

runs very good routes. Proctor showed excellent hands catching the ball with his hands away from his body. He does a good job getting in and out of breaks to create separation, all of which makes him a player to watch in this class.
