Long Beach Poly linebacker Dylan Williams Dylan Williams 6'3" | 205 lbs | LB Long Beach Poly | 2024 State CA announced his commitment to Oregon on July 7.

Williams was second on the team in tackles last season with 79 and 25.5 for a loss.

He was committed to USC after his sophomore season but withdrew his commitment in October.

Williams took visits to Michigan State, UCLA and Washington in addition to Oregon.

He is the sixth player from California in Oregon’s 2024 recruiting class.

The Long Beach Poly defense was constantly in the backfield and forced the opposing Division 1 quarterback to make difficult decisions with the ball last week.

Poly beat Mission Viejo 35-30 and the front seven of the Poly defense was largely responsible for the win.

Williams had a big game with 14 tackles, four for a loss and a sack. Even on plays where he did not record a sack, he drew the block that led a teammate to the sack.
