One of the fastest and most explosive wide receivers not only in Georgia, but across the South in the 2026 class, Carter was a former Auburn commitment who flipped his commitment this week to Florida State where his father played. The Douglas County star caught 41 passes last season for 669 yards and five touchdowns. He’ll give the Seminoles plenty of speed and big-play ability in the near future. He’s currently ranked as the No. 2 WR prospect in Georgia for the 2026 class.

Carter is a dynamic player who is very hard to contain. he is a guy who will give defenses nightmares with his on the field, “Dog” mentality and his game play style loaded with tons of edge. His ability is special and he makes it very difficult to contain him because he is that dynamic of a player which is why he is ranked as high as he is. He will have a massive season this upcoming year.

Carter is an elite player who is a mismatch anytime on the field and can split a defense in a second. Any quarterback loves to have a guy like him to throw to because you can always count on him being open or making a big time play for the offense. Carter is going to have a spectacular season this year.

Another Atlanta-area wideout with elite speed and the ability to fly past defenders, Carter is a guy who can score whenever he has the ball. An easy vertical threat, Carter is a shifty runner who has the ability to make defenders miss in the open field. He brings a promising frame that should allow him to be a major weapon and a reliable option for the Douglas County offense and should be in a position to make a lot of plays with the season on the line. He’s one of the very best across the country in the 2026 class and has a chance to prove it against an extremely talented Grayson Rams defense.
