Watch out for Nesbitt, who doesn’t have much varsity experience, but could be a star in 2026. I’ve heard from several around the program that Nesbitt is one to watch in the immediate future. I felt confident enough in the intel I heard (and the little bit of film we’ve seen) to move him into the rankings before the season. Expect Nesbitt to be a big part of the Rolesville passing attack.

This is the third time somebody from Rolesville has brought up Nesbitt’s name as a potential breakout star. He was behind several other talented guys on the depth chart last year, but it sounds like Nesbitt has taken a massive step forward this offseason. He has the speed, route-running ability, and pure receiving skills to make a huge impact as a junior.

The only reason Nesbitt remains on the watchlist is that we’re simply waiting until his production on the field matches his offseason hype. In our Rolesville preview, we mentioned that Nesbitt’s name is one we’ve heard often this offseason from players, coaches, and scouts. We expect that by October he’ll be off the watchlist and well into the rankings.

Rolesville’s receiver room is one of the deepest in the state, so when the coaching staff singles out Nesbitt as a potential breakout, we listen. He’s had a strong offseason on both the 7-on-7 and college camp circuits. I am not entirely sure exactly what his role will look like in 2026, but the Rams are high on both his potential to contribute this season.
