The Little Hawks boasted one of the state’s top offensive fronts and Wagner played a large role in its success. A multi-year starter, Wagner made great strides as a center this season. His frame and skill set lend themselves nicely to that position. Wagner brings versatility to the table as well having lined up elsewhere on the OL during his prep career. He’s fundamentally advanced and could play early in college.

City High chews up a lot of yards with inside runs. Wagner is at the head of that attack from the center position. He gets off of the ball well and into his opponent playing with good leverage and power. Snapping accurately out of the shotgun, Wagner brings athleticism to the table, which helps him in holding up well in pass protection. He has the frame and game to slide to a guard spot, too.
