As a track guy, there’s still some rawness to Lungikama’s game on the football field. As such, most of his reps in 2025 came as a member of the Iowa City High junior varsity. As we can witness when watching his junior highlight video, Lungikama flashes the potential to break out with more opportunity this coming campaign. The first two clips show him lining up on the outside of the offense and beating defensive backs deep for touchdowns. The third play has him playing disciplined in coverage before intercepting a pass. He’s a big target in the passing game, athleticism and leaping ability allowing him to win 50-50 balls. Lungikama also proves that he can take a short throw and turn it upfield for big gains thanks to his burst and ability to make defenders miss in space. A smooth route runner, the Little Hawk junior has a frame capable of filling out quite a bit in a college strength and conditioning program without the loss of his speed and agility. He reports a 36-inch vertical leap, and he’s competed in the high jump for City.
