Expert Analysis
Sam Erman | Prep Redzone Scout
Hurley has decent length and has slimmed down some, which has really helped his game overall. He looks more nimble, shows a better first step, and moves well when asked to get out in space in the run game. The added mobility has made him a more complete player and allows him to be effective in a variety of blocking situations. I like where he’s at right now, but it feels like there’s still another level for him to reach. The physical progress is noticeable, and if that development continues, he has the makings of a really good interior lineman.

- Is now a three-time selection for the Kentucky Future Stars
- Helped Region 4 win the KYMSFA Battle of the Regions in March 2025
Hurley returns for his third tour of duty with the Kentucky Future Stars this year. He was the starter last year at Center in Kentucky’s win over Tennessee and I think he’ll get the starting nod again. Has an ideal build for interior O-Linemen and the football IQ as the man in the middle.
