The Owasso offensive line in 2024 was arguably the best OL unit in school history. You don’t lose two All State 1st Team selections and get better. But the Rams aren’t rebuilding from zero in 2025. Senior Brooks Barron Brooks Barron 6'4" | OL Owasso | 2026 State OK is incredibly experienced and if he was on most other 6A-1 teams last season, he would be the foundation piece of that offensive line. So now, without those two D1 signees on the line of scrimmage, our attention shifts to Barron and he appears to be ready to lead this unit into the 2025 season. Barron has been projected as an interior offensive lineman for a few years now. He’ll look to set the tone for an offense that can still light up the scoreboard.

Owasso offensive lineman Brooks Barron Brooks Barron 6'4" | OL Owasso | 2026 State OK is the last offensive lineman on this breakdown and he is going to be a very intriguing prospect to watch when the Rams kick off the 2025 season. Barron began his career at Booker T Washington and became a 2026 prospect to know there. Barron would move over to Owasso in the offseason last year and became a big part of arguably the best offensive line unit in the state. It allowed Barron to learn from two D1 signees in the 2025 class and he was able to fit in his natural spot for the next level, which feels like it’ll be somewhere on the interior of the offensive line. Now, Barron will be the veteran on the Owasso offensive line this fall and that’s a big reason why he’ll be very intriguing to watch this fall.

Owasso offensive lineman Brooks Barron Brooks Barron 6'4" | OL Owasso | 2026 State OK has been a name in this class that we’ve liked since he was a freshman. This offseason, he moved from Booker T Washington up to Owasso and he’s been another forceful blocker for an Owasso offensive line that might be the best unit in the state. For Barron, this move has opened the door to playing on the interior of the offensive line as Owasso has two three-year starters at both tackle positions. And in the past, we’ve really liked his potential as a next level guy at guard or even center. Barron and the Rams have been outstanding this season, emerging as the new team to beat in the state’s largest class. He has a lot of momentum right now and this could be a big offseason coming up.

Another offensive lineman that has impressed us since his freshman year is Brooks Barron Brooks Barron 6'4" | OL Owasso | 2026 State OK when he was a breakout player for Booker T Washington. He spent his first two years there, becoming one of the better offensive lineman prospects in the state’s 2026 class. He’s been considered one of the better guys at his position since his freshman season. This offseason, Barron moved north to Owasso and he joins an Owasso offensive line that already has two D1 commits and could end up being the best offensive line unit in the state. And Barron is going to be able to slide in to one of the guard positions. And we’ve mentioned in the past how he fits that mold of an interior offensive lineman.

We’ve written about several standouts from Booker T Washington over the last few weeks because they have some serious talent in the 2026 and 2027 classes. Offensive lineman Brooks Barron Brooks Barron 6'4" | OL Owasso | 2026 State OK is one of those 2026 standouts that should be on more radars moving forward. Barron has been on our radar since his freshman season and nothing has changed from the fall of 2022. Each time we see Barron in person or on film, he looks like an interior lineman at the next level. The Hornets have been experienced along the offensive line over the last several seasons but going into this fall, Barron will be the veteran of the group.

We go back to the offensive line with Booker T Washington standout Brooks Barron Brooks Barron 6'4" | OL Owasso | 2026 State OK and his story is somewhat similar to Kester at Sand Springs. It was evident very early on when he was a freshman that Barron was going to be an impact player on the varsity level and that has been the case so far. The Hornets have had a down year this fall but they are incredibly young in a lot of key spots, including Barron on the offensive line. But we’ll go ahead and say it’d be smart to buy stock now on Booker T Washington moving forward. With Barron anchoring the offensive line over the next few seasons, more talent coming up and moving down to 5A, they should be getting back to contending soon.

Booker T Washington’s 2026 offensive lineman Brooks Barron Brooks Barron 6'4" | OL Owasso | 2026 State OK leads off the stock risers as he moves up seven spots in the latest ranking update and jumps into the top ten for the overall rankings. Barron had a really good freshman campaign with the Hornets and we got a chance to see Barron a few weeks ago at the Claremore team camp. We were incredibly impressed with Booker T Washington’s offensive line as a whole and think it has the potential to be one of the better units in 6A-2 this fall. But Barron impressed us with his ability to play a few different positions from right tackle to the interior at one of the guard positions. Barron is already an impressive looking lineman and we first heard about him around this time last year. Before his freshman season even began, there was some hype around Barron coming into high school and he’s lived up to it so far.
