About Brayden

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Physical and Aggressive would best describe me. I like the challenge of tough competition and do not shy away from being physical. I run hard and try to get the most yards for my team by grinding it out in the pile or lowering my shoulder to stay inbounds. I play for my team and whatever I can do to better our performance or make the team successful, I am happy to do.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have the ability to stay mentally tough and composed in stressful situations. I have the ability to stay focused on the task at hand. I'm constantly trying to improve my game through hard work and dedication. When challenges arise, I am able to learn from them and take away a positive approach to deal with the next time.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

My sophomore year of high school wrestling I was named a captain. Wrestling is such a mentally tough sport, and I take pride in being able to help my teammates through things I have found to be successful for me. I have also learned by volunteering at the soup kitchen not to take anything for granted and how fortunate I am to have the support of my teammates and family, which makes me work hard.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

In March of 2024 while wrestling I completely tore the labrum in my left shoulder. It was devastating. I was in great shape and, was prepared to prove myself at these camps and showcase my athleticism, work ethic, and coachability. I still went to camps because I couldn't stand to sit out. I learned that I can still make a difference watching and cheering on my teammates.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a place that I can get a great education while living out my dream of playing college football. I'm looking for a place that will give me a chance. I'm not a flashy player and don't thrive off the attention, because of that, I'm not the first to stand out. I am looking for a place that appreciates me being coachable and uses my athleticism in whatever ways benefit the team.

One of the more intriguing linebacker tapes I found in North Dakota in Week 1, came from Bismarck Century 2026 Brayden Morris Brayden Morris Brayden Morris 5'9" | 195 lbs | LB/ATH Bismarck Century | 2026 State ND as a prospect that was demonstrating his growing upside against Fargo Shanley. Where I could see the most growth with his skillsets since our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase was with his instincts, as he was swifter with his hands getting off blocks and displayed the sound short-area vision quickly off stopping the run or with short passes. Another area of development Brayden showed was with his pursuit angles on his tackles at middle linebacker as a prospect that I have graded as a stockriser upcoming in this 2026 class.
