Braxton is an offensive linemen in the 2026 class that I have been on since well before his recruiting got hot with schools throughout the NSIC. What did I see from one of North Dakota’s top offensive line targets? I saw that the leverage that Braxton got was quick, pure, and could get into the second levlel very consistently. He’s gotten even faster with his foot speed in my eyes after missing last season which is a great sign. Out of the offensive linemen from the Patriots I was able to grade in the 11AAA state championship game, Braxton surely would be in my top-tier.

Braxton is on of my favorite offensive line units in ND 11AAA, as one that each time I peak at the tape I find skillsets that he has developed on from last time. One area that is evident Braxton has improved on is his foot speed as he certainly can press the gas to get into the second level and cause chaos with his hands and hand placement, as a 2026 OL I have always been impressed iwth his motor. Another area that Braxton has grown is with his angle blocking, as he’s gotten a really smooth base and you cannot miss on this kid’s finish with his hands ability downhill. Braxton has been on my radar for the long haul and finally recruiters are seeing what I have been seeing all along with five offers in the NSIC.

Braxton is another one in this 2026 class that doesn’t have his first offer yet, and to me that is surprising as at just about every PRZ showcase or college-camp I have scouted at, he has been in my top-tier at his position. He has one of most nasty punches in this 2026 ND class and is persistently into the second level a ton on tape and has no wasted reps as Braxton is workhorse in the Patriots offensive trenches. He has gotten much more enticing with his footwork, as it certainly shows off as a pull-blocker the fluidity that Braxton runs with in every rep he shows from his junior tape. If you are looking for a young man with excellent character, great work ethic, and a drive blocker that can control his defender past the first down marker, Braxton surely is a great fit for your offensive line unit as another one I would dish out a D1 grade on.

A top five overall 2026 prospect out of North Dakota, Braxton came in with the testing numbers in the areas I had hoped to see in our first live evaluation of him. Braxton showed off excellent technique from his hands down to his footwork h from what I witnessed in Sioux Falls as there was a sound amount of balance in his skillsets that we value at PRZ. He also tested well with his COD in the short shuttle as he was in the top-tier amongst offensive linemen around his size at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Combine. His first step was also proactive in-line with what I wanted to see. No doubt Braxton is another Division I graded linemen in the trenches out of Bismarck Century. Twitter
