We got another live eval of our QB2 in the 2026 class in Noah Herr Noah Herr 6'0" | 175 lbs | QB Bismarck Century | 2026 State ND as he showed in muliple areas where he can be a factor at the next-level. When Noah has a clean pocket, I felt he enhanced bigger arm strength than we had on our radar especially on that 80-yard passing touchdown he had early in the game for the Patriots. Obviously as a dual-threat quarterbaqck, he’s quite mobile throwing from the run, yet the upside he has could show cleaner footwork setting his feet with more timing outside the pocket to get a cleaner throw on intermediate or deep routes. No reported offers as of yet, but the exposure has been persistent amongst the D2 and NAIA schools this fall.

Noah is another somewhat sleeper in this 2026 class that we have graded as the QB2 in that class and it seems like every week especially in this backhalf of the season, he has progressed well. He’s one of the best still available that throws mostly from the run and has a quick release that trends well on all three levels. I also like his running ability once the Patriots get in red zone situations as he jumps out on tape to be quite instinctive with his downhill angles to the end zone and is runs with more authority than you might expect from a quarterback to have. No offers yet for Noah, yet I bet they will come soon as an ideal fit for the D2 or NAIA level.

Noah is a 6’1 190 pound gunslinger from Bismarck Century that is one that not only athletically gifted, but one that has the arm talent to do well at the next-level. He is one of the most elusive 2026 quarterbacks in the Dakotas outside of the pocket and even under duress, can fit his intermediate and deep throws in a tight window. His improvising skills built with that elusiveness I mentioned also is really intriguing as one that should have an impact on his recruiting trail by end of next-month.
