Robinson has steadily improved each season, and last year he took a big step forward. While he plays alongside a high-level talent in Brown, his production was nothing short of impressive. His 41 catches for 933 yards and 12 touchdowns, including a long of 70, spoke volumes to me. He brings elite speed to the field and forces defenses to stay honest, stretching the field vertically and opening up space underneath. Robinson may be the No. 2 option on paper, but the tape says he’s a No.1 playing with another No.1.

Brownsburg pulled out an impressive 38-35 win against Ben Davis and Robinson had quite a bit to do with that. His 6 catches for 145 yards and 2 TDs were huge. They went to him when they needed a play or conversion and he came through. He’s got game-breaking speed that schools just haven’t respected enough this year and he continues to torch them.

The Brownsburg staff has been excited about Robinson since his freshman year, and the patience has begun to pay off in big ways. Robinson is a lengthy receiver with elite speed that gets behind the defense without much of a sweat. He’s able to track the ball over his shoulder with ease and adjust to make the catch. He’ll fight through contact and go up to fight for 50/50 balls. His vertical gives him a chance in every rep. With 387 yards and 4 TDs on the year, it’s safe to say this is just the beginning for the Brownsburg product.

In one of the best performances to date, Robinson went off against Cathedral and really showcased his upside. He’s got elite speed and great hands. He was able to get behind the defense time and time again. He finished the game with 9 receptions for 180 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The light seems to have clicked for Robinson because he’s a man on a mission so far in 2024.
