The 6-foot-3, 180-pound safety is a ballhawk with great body adjustment. Very feisty, tough, and physical in coverage who can time the ball well with his hands, Adams also has quick closing speed v. the run and has top-shelf instincts.

I’m really surprised Power 4 teams haven’t taken interest in Chancellor Adams, who is simply a ballhawk for the defending Class 6A state champions. The 6-foot-3, 180-pound safety has excellent ball skills and can be a hard hitter against the run. He can stick his foot in the ground and close when the ball is in the air as well as anybody. Key returning starter for Brownsburg next season.

Brownsburg defensive back Chancelor Adams Chancelor Adams 6'2" | 175 lbs | DB Brownsburg | 2027 State IN , a Class of 2027 recruit, had a pass breakup in the first quarter and can be very feisty in coverage. Adams is tall and has a great frame for the position. The 6-foot-2, 175-pound prospect has very long arms to jam receivers at the LOS and isn’t afraid to be physical. Adams is one of several key returners for the Bulldogs next season.

Adams was all over the field on Friday night in the big matchup. Brownsburg went head-to-head against Westfield, and it was the defense that decided the game. Adams led the Bulldogs with 8 tackles on the night and 1.5 TFLs. He added a forced fumble and an interception as they won 14-10 in a defensive slugfest.

Adams is talented and someone who has the potential to rise to the top of the class.
