Now transferring to Thompson, Williams is bringing a ton of talents in run blocking to their offense. What impressed me most with Williams’ tape was his power, leverage, and explosiveness off the line of scrimmage. Immediately after the snap, Williams explodes off the line to make contact with and block defenders. He is able to utilize his power and leverage to effectively drive back defenders without any sort of struggle. In pass protection, Williams has many of the same qualities- he’s overall just a really hard guy to move or get around. Recently Williams has found himself becoming a hot name in the recruiting world, just recently he’s picked up a handful of offers this year, listing schools like Austin Peay, Troy, and more!
