Nino has the range to get up to the second level, and has a nice burst out of his stance that he quickly turns into power when engaging with level one. The 6’4″ 310 lbs senior also has the lateral agility to put himself in position to wall off DL and provide a secure lane to his RB. Give the kid a look.

Next up we have the imposing 6’4″ 300 lbs OL out of Menomonee Falls. Watching through Nino’s highlights it quickly becomes apparent that he faced off against a lot of top talent in the state. It is also apparent that he was able to manhandle a lot of that opposing talent. Nino has the college level strength to be able to win in the trenches. He has the heavy hands of a heavyweight boxer. Plus his lower body allows him to walk big DL right out of the trenches. Nino also shows nimble feet in pass protection and good short area agility. Plus he has a strong anchor that he can set if facing a bull rush. Have your eyes on this kid early and often this year.

Nino’s anchor in pass protection makes him nearly impossible to bull rush. He plays with such sound technique of a wide base, weight over his toes that defenders can’t get him off balance. Baier also has the hands of a dominant lineman. They can deliver pancake making punches. They are quick, and they are constantly moving. His range is just as impressive. The second level is easily accessible for Nino. He can cut off LBs and will send them to the ground with his heavy hands. He is rising quickly. Don’t miss out.
