The junior CB out of Menomonee Falls had one of the best combines of the Showcase. The 5’11” 150 lbs 2027 has 10″ hands, ran a 4.72 40, 4.45 shuttle, jumped 9’9″ and 10’2″ in the broad jump, and ran a 6.84 L-Drill. That broad jump was #1 of the showcase, but it turned out that the combine was just the beginning for Kaleb.
On the field those numbers carried over to his play at DB. Kaleb is so good at being explosive yet smooth. He can close on a receiver or go attack the ball in the air but make it look effortless. He has very fluid hips that paired well with his reactive athleticism allowing him to stick tight coverage rep after rep after rep. The 2027 has been on the rise since the start of the 2025 season. I’m very excited to watch him build on these numbers and also impress coaches with his coverage skills at camps. He could work his way into being one of the big winners of this offseason.

Stats: 3.5 Tackles, 1 INT, 1 PBU
Menomonee Falls was able to secure an impressive win in Week 5, and in the process we saw several impressive performances on offense and defense. The athlete we are focusing on here is an up and coming DB talent. Kaleb did really well in coverage. He was able to read and react to the QB, and close quickly to break up the catch. His INT came on a great high point with the receiver right there battling for it. Kaleb is able to so quickly transition out of his backpedal and accelerate with little wasted movement. Kaleb also impressed me with how aggressive he was as a tackler and run supporter from the outside. He used that same speed to attack RBs and make tackles. The long, lean CB is developing well and contributing in key ways. I’m excited to watch him over the next year.

One of our top DBs in the Class of 2027 came out and had himself a day among the DBs. The 5’10” 135 lbs sophomore has 10″ hands with a 6’2″ wingspan. He ran 4.84 in the 40, 7.52 in the L-Drill and broad jumped an impressive 9’5″. The 2027 came out after a season where the sophomore was a varsity starter. It was clearly warranted based off what we saw. Kaleb actually battled his way to one of the Best vs Best reps to end the Showcase. I was very impressed with his quick twitch athleticism while reacting to the receiver throughout the route. Plus I loved how aggressive he was at the catch and knew how to use that length to get hands on the ball. It was a great day for the 2027.
