Williams possesses the movement skills every modern offensive line coach covets. He’s fluid in space with quick, urgent feet that allow him to reach landmarks efficiently on zone concepts and perimeter runs. Williams’ awareness of urgency stands out on film. His head remains on a swivel, and he’s always in search of work. He has active hands to keep himself clean and shows a high football IQ when climbing to the second level or picking up late blitzers/ rushers. Williams can thrive in multiple schemes due to his technique.
Williams, who played valuable reps as a sophomore, is ranked amongst the best 2028 OL prospects in the state here at PRZ. He is now up to 6’3 280, and an obvious candidate to slide inside and play at the next level. Still, he is light and soft enough on his feet to play outside at tackle and mirror faster pass rushers. He is a fundamentally sound player who stays squared to defenders and is balanced. Just a rock-solid prospect with a high floor, and he is developing into an impact player up front for Thompson.
Williams is a big dude who can flat-out move in the open field- he has great mobility at his size and can make crucial blocks for his teammates downfield on screen passes and in the run game, opening up opportunities for huge explosive plays.
Williams is also really productive in pass protection- he plays with great leverage, is extremely powerful, and doesn’t allow for any kind of pressure on his side of the line of scrimmage.
Currently, Williams lists offers from UAB and UL Monore. It’ll be exciting watching him continue to develop over at Thompson, he has a TON of potential moving forward.

is another up-and-coming OL prospect out of Thompson who shows a ton of promise- he put together some really impressive tape last fall and has the potential to become a key piece of Thompson’s offensive line for years to come. I’m really impressed with Williams and think he has a big future ahead of him, Thompson’s OL is set up for a great future with him and Micah Walker up front. Teams have already started taking notice of Williams, he picked up an offer from UAB a few weeks ago, and with his potential, expect more to be sent his way soon. Be sure to watch out for Williams going forward, he has a ton of potential and is set for a big future on Thompson’s offensive line.
