From the start he tested well and looked like a good athlete. He ran a 4.84 40-yard dash and the rest of his testing was fairly solid. His drill work was promising as well and his footwork is something you can see he's spending time working on. That, and watching the hips to keep him in phase are 2 areas he seems a step ahead. He had no issue tracking the ball and going up with the receiver to contest the catch. His hands are clean and he wasn't grabbing jersey, either. He's young and raw, but the athletic ability and raw instincts are there for Karaus to develop into a really sound football player at the next level.rnrnTwitter: u003cstrongu003e@MitchellKa78206u003c/strongu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["826052"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Roach is a guy we have covered since he was in Middle School and it's fun to see the development in real-time. He's heading into year 2 starting at Adams Central and the ceiling has never been higher for that program. Roach is a fantastic athlete and proved that once again Sunday. He ran a 4.68 40-yard dash and was in the top 5 for the shuttle drill. He's got elite speed and change of direction which makes him a nightmare to bring down, but at the same time he's got a good arm and can sling the rock. He's got touch down the field and can fire one in a tight window around the intermediate depths. Everything with him seems to come easy and he always seems to have a smile on his face when on the field. I'm a big fan of Roach and felt this past Sunday was another good showing.rnrnTwitter: u003cstrongu003e@J_Roach12u003c/strongu003e","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["164410"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"There weren't a ton of quarterbacks at the combine, which was great for the QBs who were there. Not only did they get a bunch of 1 on 1 collegiate coaching, but they also got a bunch of reps. Seeing different QBs rotate through drills with different WRs is always one of the most interesting things to watch, in my opinion. You learn fairly quickly who can judge a receiver's speed, trajectory, and know where to put the ball, and who can't. Davis seems to have no issue adapting to whoever is running the route for him. The light for Davis began to click last year on the field, and since then he's been a different player. The confidence is growing, he's making strides reading defenses, and the Dragons should be in a good spot this fall with him at the helm.rnrnTwitter: u003cstrongu003e@JacobDavisOHu003c/strongu003e","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["1126357"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Coming off of his first 1000 yard season, it was imperative for Boone to take advantage of this offseason. So far, he's done a great job. He tested really well on Sunday and then his drill work that followed was just as promising. He's exciting player to watch when he gets the ball in his hands and doesn't try to do too much. He had one of the faster 40s of the day at 4.79, but then ran the 2 fastest shuttle drills of the day. He rounded out the testing landing in the top 10 of the broad jump at 9'4u0022. As of Sunday, he checked in at 5'11u0022 and 163lbs. His build is clearly taking shape and he's beginning to be a very productive back. Boone is trending in the right direction and could take off this fall in recruitment.rnrnTwitter: u003cstrongu003e@ElijahBoone_u003c/strongu003e","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["1247037"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"I always try and take care of the big guys up front, because without them there is no football. These camps are loaded with skilled position players, so the OL/DL and QBs typically get a big advantage with the coaching and getting to know the coaches there. One guy who took full advantage was Davis. Not only did his drill work look good, his footwork improve just in that hour alone, but he had the best testing of the OL group. He cleaned the board with the best 40 at 5.35, the shuttle at 4.96, and the broad jump at 8'4u0022. Small school guys coming to camps and taking full advantage and putting themselves on the map is what I love about these camps. Davis has the frame, experience, and build to be successful at the next level. Whoever takes a shot on him will very likely be rewarded down the road with a starter.rnrnTwitter: u003cstrongu003e@BrysonD0773u003c/strongu003e","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-664cfcb671142"} /-->
