will be looking to build off last season, where he led the Broncos in receiving, with over 1,100 yards. All eyes have been on the Johnson twins over the last few years and Jaden has certainly lived up to the hype and gives the Broncos a dangerous weapon on the offensive side of the ball. Mustang’s offense was incredibly explosive last season and Johnson was a big reason why. Every time we’ve watched him in person, he’s routinely impressed and will be back this fall, looking to improve his production from a year ago. But as we mentioned a few times earlier, this Mustang offense has the potential to be one of the best in Class 6A-1.

emerged as the team’s top receiver in the offense last season. Johnson is the younger brother of former Mustang All American Jacobe Johnson, who is now at OU. It was only a matter of time before Jaden had that breakout moment and it ended up happening last season. And when you break down his sophomore season, it looked like the majority of his production came in the second half of the season. He had a career night in week nine of last season with over 250 yards and four touchdowns on ten catches. He’ll look to take his game to another level this fall after finishing his sophomore season with over 1,100 yards.

enjoyed a breakout sophomore season and is looking to build on that momentum this fall. Johnson has had a solid offseason and we caught him in action at the Under Armour camp down in Dallas. Johnson ended up becoming Mustang’s top target in the passing game last season and we think that he could end up seeing his production get a spike this fall. The Broncos will lean on Johnson and his playmaking ability and the Mustang standout has the DNA to land at the next level. His older brother Jacobe ended up earning All American honors while at Mustang. Jaden is looking to pave his own path to the next level.

had a breakout season last fall and we were fired up to see him in person for the first time since the fall. Johnson really impressed at the wide receiver position and he’s going to have a chance to be really special moving forward. Johnson was incredibly productive last fall and was one of 6A-1’s top wide receivers as a sophomore so the ceiling is incredibly high. Watching him go to work on Sunday, he did a good job of competing with opposing defensive backs and he made some pretty special catches. After last fall’s breakout season, we’re looking forward to what he does for an encore.

became a breakout star for the Broncos last season. The younger brother of former Mustang All American Jacobe, Jaden is looking to make a name for himself and become one of the top prospects in his class. It looks like he’s on his way to that because the dynamic sophomore closed the 2023 season with arguably more momentum than any other wide receiver in the state. In the second half of the season, Johnson was absolutely dominant and put up some monster numbers each week. Heading into his junior season, Johnson could really take the next step and become an elite player.

We’ll keep saying it until more people start paying attention. Mustang is going to be scary good in the near future with some of the talent they have coming up in the 2026 and 2027 classes. We wrote about some of them last week during our 2027 breakdowns. This week, it’s all about the 2026 class and one of their leading receivers this year is sophomore

who happens to be the younger brother of former Mustang All American Jacobe Johnson. As we mention quite a bit with the freshman and sophomore classes, it’s still incredibly early. But Johnson has already shown some playmaking ability this season and it won’t surprise us if he becomes one of the more consistent receivers in this class. There are some really good skill players in this group and Johnson is one of them.

is having a monster season and he is quickly becoming a 2026 prospect that people need to know about moving forward. Jaden is the younger brother of OU freshman Jacobe Johnson, who was an All American at Mustang. Jaden is also a twin brother to

and the two of them have the potential to be the next impact players for Mustang at wide receiver. So the DNA is clearly there for Jaden to be a potential star in this Mustang offense. And so far this season, Jaden has lived up to the hype. But this week is going to be a big test for the young playmaker. He’ll be going up against a Union secondary that is the strength of the Redhawk defense.
