5 Prospects I Missed the Mark On

That all changed this spring at our Buckeye State Blitz event, and I haven't been able to shut up about him since. An insanely gifted athlete with legit track speed, a strong and physical frame and a relentless work ethic, K3 is ready to be a breakout star this fall. I received an email from a parent of an opponent in 7 on 7, and they reported Avery absolutely torching defenses. A quick glance at the film will tell you everything you need to know. Lean and athletic build with great route running and super reliable hands. He makes it extremely hard to stay with him thanks to his ability to get out of breaks, and his understanding of leverage and how to win separation. Even when he is covered well, Olson possesses great concentration and the ability to highpoint the ball in tight coverage. Fast forward and his trajectory just continues to ascend, and colleges are starting to take note. Superior speed and agility mixed with legitimate football IQ and instincts makes him one of the most lethal weapons in the Tri City Area. He continued to work and sharpen his skill, and now he is on his way to Miami (OH) next year! Tobin is incredibly well rounded both as a pass protector and an absolute bulldozer in the run game. He has no issue burying anyone that dares to get in his way. His footwork improved vastly, has really put on solid muscle and improved his strength in his lower half. All things that have gotten him where he is, and will be a great baseline going forward as he develops at the next level. After just a few weeks, Eyde put together some very notable performances, culminating in a huge victory over eventual D2 state champion Orchard Lake St. Mary's. Fast forward to this offseason and I have seen him work a few times now, and he continues to push himself and get better. From mechanics to decision making to pure athleticism, he has put in the time required to keep getting better. What I thought could be a question mark for Brother Rice is more of a strength at this point, and I will be paying close attention to him this fall! </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
