As multiple 2027 players are starting to come off the board and commit to there future homes , lets take a look at 5 players who should be garnering more attention. Some of these players in the article have recently committed to schools but are probably not done being recruited as there potential to raise there stock would not be shock heading into the fall.    Dominic is a player that I really like on film. He shows good side line to side line speed and arrives at the ball carrier with bad intentions. I really appreciate the old school linebacker mentality that Dominic shows on the field. In a day and age where people rely on speed Dominic runs through people. On multiple plays Dominic does an excellent job keeping gap integrity and scraps down the line to make a play. At 6'2" 220 plus pounds if you're looking for a true linebacker to lead a defense he is your guy. Keep an eye on Dominic this fall and trust me he won't be hard to find.     Good defenses are built from the inside out. Gabriel is a player that plugs up the middle of a defense and is a very tough blocking assignment. Gabriel shows a solid first step and good get off. He is a twitchy defensive lineman that could line up inside or out at the next level. I am also impressed with Gabriels hustle. He has a high motor and stays active all the way to the whistle. The Farmington area has produced a long line of excellent football players and Gabriel is the next man up.     Lincoln is the definition of a heat seeking missile on the back end of a defense. The recent Cornell commit Is defensive back that does not shy away from contact and drops people in there tracks when he hits them I am impressed with Lincoln ability to process a play and track it down and make a play on the ball carrier. Though he is a big hitter Lincoln can also cover in the pass game. He shows a solid back pedal and good hips to turn and run with a wideout. Lincoln is a Cornell commit but I expect other coaches to continue to recruit him up until signing day. Lincoln is a player to watch!     Sam is a player I was not overly familiar with until recently. And one trip through his film and I am a fan. Sam shows to be an excellent athlete that plays 2 ways for the vikings. As an offensive tackle sam shows good feet and true natural power. On multiple plays he drives defenders backwards and gets multiple pancake blocks. I also was very impressed with sam on the defensive line. He shows an explosive first step and good speed for a man his size as he runs down ball carriers on multiple clips. I am not sure where sam's true position at the next level is but I do know he can play either at the next level.     Tyler is a defensive back that shows a ton of potential. I am a major believer that he may be the top corner in the state. Tyler lines up against the other team's top wideouts and just locks them down. The recent Grand Valley State commit is also a big time hitter. Tyler stabs his foot in the ground and breaks on the ball and if he doesn't get a hand on the ball you best believe he has you lined up for a bone crunching hit. Tyler will continue to garner much deserved attention this fall and the lakers will have there hands full fending off other schools. At 6'1" he has the range to be corner back one at the next level. Keep and eye on Tyler as the season begins as he shows why he is such a coveted prospect.
