One of the biggest prospect camps of the summer is held at the defending Division 3 national champs, right over the border in River Falls, Wisconsin. UW-River Falls, the host of the MNWI Mega Camp, hosted a mind-boggling 800+ skills prospects in their grass practice fields of western Wisconsin, and fresh off a D3 national title, the momentum amongst the Falcons program was noticeably palpable in the air. Thanks so much to Head Coach Jake Wissing for having PRZ. Here are the skill position talents that caught my eye at the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp. Happy almost birthday, America. Go Falcons!

My favorite linebacker of the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp undoubtedly was Lourdes High School (ignore the above incorrect high school designation) product Brady Bauer. The verified 6'1, 213 lber. caught my attention in all three phases of the camp, beginning with his 4.81 40, 4.56 shuttle, 9' broad, and 33.2" vert, placing him in the upper echelons of the linebacker and rising senior group in terms of athleticism/size combination. During drill work, Bauer was putting that physically impressive, filled out frame to good use, showing he can start/stop, drop his hips, and stick & plant without wasted movement, so cleanly in fact that the 6'1, 213. looked more like a safety than a LB. During 1v1s, Bauer was the most productive and effective linebacker I saw in coverage, as he was fast, quick, and comfortable enough to consistently stay in-phase with WRs and even slotbacks, and I saw him make a couple well-timed undercuts for PBUs as well. Really like how this Oshkosh product projects to the next level.

A stock rising linebacker prospect out of Marshfield High School and the Wisconsin D2 ranks. Coming in at 6'1, 200, Halan displayed smooth movement ability and showed he was a linebacker who could change direction in a variety of drills and settings fluidly and effectively. 4.89 40, 4.53 shuttle, 9'5 broad, and 34.1" vert during testing and had a productive showing during 1v1s, proving he had three-down versatility when projecting into the college level. Should be a big senior season for this Marshfield Tigers.

A Minnesota 2027 LB on an absolute tear this current Summer Camp SZN, Lakeville North's [player_tooltip player_id='2128276' first='Jack' last='Juffer'] has done a great job of working hard this offseason and developing/strengthening his trade as an off-ball linebacker. Measuring in at 6', 222 lbs., Juffer manufactured a 4.71 40, 4.66 shuttle, 9'2 broad, and 32'4" vert to really showcase some exciting athleticism at his size. During drill work, the Lakeville product's ability to start/stop, mirror RBs breaks and paths smoothly, and burst out of his breaks with explosiveness all caught our eye without knowing who was who at the time. Additionally, during 1v1s, Juffer was dynamic, and his ability to anticipate, change direction and get in and out of breaks with no wasted movement, and show off his straightaway speed on RBs and SBs working vertically all looked impressive. According to his Instagram, Juffer committed to the University of St. Thomas earlier today! Big summer and upcoming fall for this Lakeville North Panther.

Yes, the skills pool was over 800 strong in River Falls, but Adams still captured a ton of attention from the coaches and media in attendance, as he was an easy First Team All-Eye selection that measured in at 6'2, 208 lbs., and he produced a 4.65 40, 4.73 shuttle, 9'1" broad, and 30" vert to put himself up there with the best athletes of the nearly 1,500 total prospect pool that congregated at River Falls. Dynamic in coverage, comfortable in space, and physical, Adams was a fun watch at UWRF this month.

Always exciting to find a new name and talent out of my home state of Minnesota, especially when scouting over the border in Wisconsin. MN Class 4A competitor Hill-Murray is one of the more geographically eastern high school teams in the state, so 2028 LB [player_tooltip player_id='2237537' first='Dylan' last='Kiemele'] didn't have to go far to produce a strong college prospect camp showing and evaluation point. Coming in at a legit 6'1, 190 lbs., Kiemele popped off a 4.87 40, 4.4 shuttle, 8'6 broad, and 25.6" vert during testing, and he was checking boxes in the Eye-Test department and in his overall movement ability. Kiemele could flip his hips like a safety, and change direction smoothly and without wasted movement, and he was overall rangy, both in drill work and 1v1 coverage, where he was covering ground and disrupting RBs at the catch point. Should be a big fall for Kiemele and his talent-rich Pioneers.

Apparently, I have a thing for prospects from Verona. Especially when coaching without bias and without an IRL roster, I always seem to find Wildcat prospects all over the position board, and rising senior LB [player_tooltip player_id='1617676' first='Jack' last='Guenzler Soda'] is a really fun one when looking at the Wisconsin 2027 linebacker class. A First Team All-Conference, All-Region, and state qualifying wrestler, the Wildcat's rising senior measured in at 6'1, 212 and popped off a 4.87 40 by my hand, as well as posted 4.49 shuttle, 9'9 broad, and 33.6" vert during testing of the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp. In addition to the size, Guenzler-Soda was nimble, could accelerate and burst out of his breaks, and shut down and stop on a dime. Also dynamic in coverage and could match up well against a variety of different RBs and slotbacks. Great frame to continue adding weight, strength, and explosiveness as well.

With over 800 skill attendees at the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp, it was a challenge on the senses to stay grounded, properly oriented, and focused, and it's safe to say you can't see everyone you want to with the sheer number of recruits on the field at once. However, I'm comfortable saying that Onalaska's [player_tooltip player_id='2235668' first='Kaeson' last='Stettler'] was my favorite RB of the MNWI Mega Camp. At 6'2, 193 lbs., Stettler was a big, imposing tailback with a frame a bit taller than you're traditionally used to seeing from the position, but boy does this Hilltopper have some juice. Stettler popped off a testing performance that included a 4.61 40, 9'5 broad, and 37" vert, and he was applying that explosiveness effectively during 1v1s. Stettler's top-end speed was burning defenders consistently, and he was dynamic out of the backfield and displayed strong hands that were catching the ball well away from his body. First Team Eye Test selection who the local D1s were all over during the camp.

Reppin' the 651 and reppin' it well, Howard elevated himself from D3 offeree to D1 offeree thanks to a camp performance over the border in Wisconsin that I'm sure he'll remember for a while. Howard kicked things off with a 4.77 40, 4.65 shuttle, 9'8.5" broad, and 32.9" vert that really turned the heads of the college programs in attendance, and the 6', 155 lber. transitioned very well to 1v1 to boot. Howard did a great job of showcasing his suddenness as a route runner, as well as his ability to shut down in a blink, drop his hips when breaking at the top of the top, and generally working and running routes with quickness and twitch. Howard was earning good win after good win at the UWRF camp and was creating separation against some mighty good DB competition. Someone is due for a ranking's bump!

A familiar name to PRZ on the 2026 Summer Camp Circuit, Racine product and Racine Lutheran High School WR [player_tooltip player_id='1223052' first='Bryce' last='Austin'] had another strong in-person evaluation point at the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp. Austin, who measured in at 6'1, 173 lbs. and popped off a 4.7 40, 8'8" broad, and 32" vert, sported one of the biggest catch radiuses in attendance, with long arms and plus length that was catching anything and everything thrown his way during competition, good throw or bad.

An electric, new-to-the-scene slotback out of Minnesota's 6A Metro ranks revealed himself at the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp. Representing Champlin Park, one of the more fertile recruiting grounds in MN, [player_tooltip player_id='2237560' first='Eric' last='Lukes Jr.'] was a nightmare to for DBs to cover out of the slot or on the perimeter. Measuring in at 5'7", 150 lbs., Lukes Jr. popped off a 4.63 40, 4.56 shuttle, 9'3 broad, and 33" vert to really showcase some high-end athleticism, and Lukes Jr. transitioned very dangerously to 1v1s against CB and safeties. His ability to start/stop, get out of his breaks and burst from a dead stop, and fly past DBs at the top of the route combined to produce a plethora of wins against some really high-end defensive back competition from the Upper Midwest. Could be a huge senior season for Lukes Jr. and his Rebels in 2026.

A Dane County product representing Madison, Wisconsin and Abundant Life Christian's football squad, [player_tooltip player_id='2237567' first='Jeremiah' last='Ethen'] was a fun watch at the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp. A 6'1, 200 lber. who repped on both sides of the ball during 1v1s, Ethen grabbed more than his fair share of wins during competition thanks to his shifty hips at the top of the route, good overall footwork, and strong hands at the catch point can finish receptions through contact and tight coverage. PRZ also enjoyed Ethen's great ball skills and ability to climb the ladder when given the opportunity to win 50/50 contested balls. Ethen also flashed some stickiness and deep speed as a coverage corner. D3s should be all over this kid this coming cycle.

Don't focus on Wanjara's current positional ranking. PrepRedzoneMN is updating the class of 2029 rankings next week, and you can bet your bottom dollar that Armstrong's [player_tooltip player_id='785859' first='Kyson' last='Wanjara'] will be in the Top 10 overall for Minnesota's freshman class. A very competitive and ever-looming presence on the 2026 Summer Camp Circuit, Wanjara, amongst other notable standout performances from this Summer Camp SZN, had a very strong showing at the first Minnesota Golden Gophers' prospect camp of the summer, and he was also moved up to a more competitive group down in Gainesville at the University of Florida's camp. To put it lightly, Wanjara was far too good for underclassmen group in River Falls, and was straight-up dusting kids with his lethal blend of speed, explosiveness, and technically-impressive, as well as shifty, route running ability. Wanjara is one of the best WRs in the state, regardless of class, going into 2026.

With a great frame to continue to add weight, muscle, and mass at the next level, Munson had impressively loose hips that he could flip and swivel at ease, and his ability to transition and break at 90 and 45 degree angles was eye-catchingly smooth and explosive. Little wasted movement in this rising senior safety, who measured in at 6'1, 197 lbs. and popped off a 4.7 40, 4.47 shuttle, 8'8 broad, and 35" vertical jump.
One of the biggest winners of the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp, recruiting-wise, undoubtedly was Byron, Illinois' Jekyven "JJ" Edmonson. Possessing premier size for the defensive back position, Edmonson did record any test numbers at the camp, but boy were the college coaches in attendance all over this kid. P4, FCS, D2, everyone seemed to be making a stop to say hi and introduce themselves to this Land of Lincoln rising senior, and for good reason too, as he displayed some noticeably clean movement ability, smooth, loose hips that he can flip and swivel at will, and explosive burst in and out of his breaks. Edmonson possesses quick overall footwork and was an eye-catching during drill work, to say the least. Didn't get to see him much during competition, unfortunately, but it's safe to say that he rocketed up some recruiting boards and will be having his upcoming senior tape thoroughly evaluated when the time comes.

Measuring in at 6'2, 173, Zuleger popped off a 4.70 40, 4.56 shuttle, 8'9.5" broad, and 32.4" vert during testing, and despite the height and length, Zuleger had some bend and proved he could drop his hips and shut down well when asked. Zuleger also displayed noticeable balance and body control in coverage, and his length was an asset at the catch point. Big upside in this big DB from the 715. 11.00 100M PR too!

Go Falcons!
