Rise: #185 to #85
The LB position for the Class of 2027 has proven to be a deep one this summer. We are seeing a ton of offers being earned by the position, including

with his 8 offers from the next level. Turn on the tape and you see an LB who is everywhere. He can rush off the edge with bend and hand fighting moves to keep himself clean. He can drop into coverage and lock things down in the short to intermediate levels of the field. Jayden will play inside and outside and has the tape showing he can find the ball or flow with the OL to maintain his gap while coming downhill, and making the tackle. Muskego is going to have a very talented defense this fall and Jayden is a big part of that.

Next up we have one of the more heavily pursued LBs in the state. Muskego’s

spent the month verifying to coaches that he can be that leader in the middle of their defense for years to come. The 6’2″ 210 lbs incoming senior sure looks the part, and the way he is able to fly around the field leaves no doubt he can play at the next level. Jayden consistently put up 40 times right around 4.6 and broad jumped in the low to mid 9’s throughout the summer. But it is what he does on the field that gives us the most confidence in his future. Jayden is instinctive, explosive, and does everything with a level of power that allows him to muscle his way to plays. Find the football and you find the Muskego LB. Plenty of coaching staffs are interested in his talents too. Adams has offers from Quincy University, Drake, Northern Michigan, River Falls, Sioux Falls, and Whitewater.

If we were doing a pick-by-pick draft of the pool of attendees of the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp, Muskego LB

is going early. Yes, the skills pool was over 800 strong in River Falls, but Adams still captured a ton of attention from the coaches and media in attendance, as he was an easy First Team All-Eye selection that measured in at 6’2, 208 lbs., and he produced a 4.65 40, 4.73 shuttle, 9’1″ broad, and 30″ vert to put himself up there with the best athletes of the nearly 1,500 total prospect pool that congregated at River Falls. Dynamic in coverage, comfortable in space, and physical, Adams was a fun watch at UWRF this month.

Versatility is a major strength of Jayden’s game and the highlight reel supports that. This is an athlete who can line up on the edge and rush the passer one play and the next line up off the ball and drop into coverage. Coming off the edge Jayden has learned how to use strong hands to keep separation and has flashed the ability to turn his burst into power to bull rush. It is impressive to see him flip the switch and be able to drop, transition out of that backpedal, and close on the ball to either make the tackle or break up the pass. He is a fantastic tackler who has shown the closing burst to be corral explosive athletes in space. The 6’1″ 205 lbs athlete has three down ability at the LB positions.

. He plays primarily on the edge and looks very comfortable holding down the edge. He used his length to maintain separation, used quick hands to defeat OTs and get the angle on them, and demonstrated some bend to get underneath OTs while on his path around the edge to get to the QB. The junior has clearly made a big jump in physicality and athleticism compared to where he was a year ago. That has me very intrigued for what he could continue to develop into at the LB position. Check him out!
