One of my personal favorite RBs in the Class of 2027 put on a show in Week 5 leading Onalaska to a victory. The first 2 TD runs highlight his acceleration through the hole and the 2nd gear to be able to beat LBs and safeties through alleys leading to long TD runs. Following those two plays we see multiple examples of his physical running style and contact balance to gain yards after contact. Plus several clips of him creating something when initially things looked defended well. The playmaker can make things happen any time he touches the football and showed that over and over in Week 5. Dive into the uncommitted senior’s tape!
Kaeson hit my radar during this summer while he was putting on a show at camps. It was very clear he was one of the top RBs in the Class of 2027, and now with the update live we see he is pushing for a Top 5 spot at the position. Kaeson brings a lot to the position. He has a good frame that is well built and strong. It pairs with contact balance so that he can move the pile and break tackles. He is an RB who can hit the edge and show off his home run speed and the next play he can create something out of nothing with some hard running or a violent stiff arm. His vision jumps off the tape as well, finding blocks and lanes to exploit. The RB is back healthy this season and should put together a great year. Get your eyes on this guy. Especially if you didn’t this summer.
Kaeson was already on pace for a big time season in 2025, averaging over 100 yards/game before getting injured six games into the season. In that time the 2027 RB had piled up 121/636/7 on the ground in 2025. It is clear that Kaeson is back and better than ever after watching him at camp this summer.
Kaeson has a fantastic frame that is well filled out from weight room dedication. That strength flashes over and over, whether it be lowering his shoulder or throwing a devastating stiff arm. The 2027 RB is a patient runner who can one cut and get up field in a hurry. He has the vision and instincts to perfectly pair with his patience, and a clear trust in his own athleticism to be able to hit small seams and turn them into big chunks of yardage. I’m very excited to watch him try and double what he did in 2025 and believe he can do just that.
With over 800 skill attendees at the 2026 UWRF MNWI Mega Camp, it was a challenge on the senses to stay grounded, properly oriented, and focused, and it’s safe to say you can’t see everyone you want to with the sheer number of recruits on the field at once. However, I’m comfortable saying that Onalaska’sKaeson StettlerKaesonStettler
6'0" | 190 lbs | RB/LB
Onalaska | 2027 StateWI was my favorite RB of the MNWI Mega Camp. At 6’2, 193 lbs., Stettler was a big, imposing tailback with a frame a bit taller than you’re traditionally used to seeing from the position, but boy does this Hilltopper have some juice. Stettler popped off a testing performance that included a 4.61 40, 9’5 broad, and 37″ vert, and he was applying that explosiveness effectively during 1v1s. Stettler’s top-end speed was burning defenders consistently, and he was dynamic out of the backfield and displayed strong hands that were catching the ball well away from his body. First Team Eye Test selection who the local D1s were all over during the camp.
After a great camp at the River Falls Mega Camp and talk with @Coach_Lemke I’m blessed to receive my 2nd D1 offer from St. Thomas University!! #AGTGpic.twitter.com/LyqrKEll1S
