On the field, Owen was all over the field racking up tackles. The ’27 finished 3rd on the team in tackles. A team that was led by the state’s leader in tackles. He would finish 2025 with 85 tackles, 1 TFL, and 1 INT. Chippewa Falls would end the year at 4-6 overall.

Owen is one of the top scoring 2027s in the state when it comes to kids who also played big roles on the football field. He is currently sitting at 19.7 PPG, 4 RPG, 1.8 APG, and 1.5 SPG. All strong numbers for Chippewa Falls.

Owen put himself on my radar this past season. He has a long frame, is willing and able to come downhill and make key tackles, and he put up strong combine numbers at the UWEC Combine in February. He is a name to check out and keep an eye out for this summer.

A junior that I was very excited to see on the list was Chippewa Falls DB Owen Munson Owen Munson 6'2" | 190 lbs | DB/WR Chippewa Falls | 2027 State WI . I have been impressed by his junior tape, and am even more of a fan after his day at UWEC. The junior safety checked in just over 6′ and 190 lbs. Owen was able to ran a 4.76, jumped 31.6 and 31.5″ in the vertical, 9’2″ in the broad, and ran a strong 7.25 L-Drill. Strong tape and solid athletic numbers are great boxes to check off at the start of Owen’s junior offseason. Get your eyes on this kid.
