2025 Queen City Senior Bowl Offensive Linemen

The Queen City Senior Bowl is a postseason All-Star Game for senior football players located in the Charlotte, NC Metro Area. The bowl game is in its 7th season and annually hosts 80 of the best players from the Charlotte area. The bowl game raises funds for the Metro School, a school in Charlotte that teaches and helps develop students with various types of disabilities.   Recently, the bowl game announced its selections for the 2025 edition of the bowl. We will take a look at the offensive linemen who were selected for the game. Angel plays both offensive and defensive line for the Wildcats, but he is known as a better player on offense. Angel has some good size and can display some strength in the run game when he is able to fit and drive on a defensive lineman at the line of scrimmage.     Malik is a shorter offensive lineman in height, but he packs a punch in both pass protection and the running game. Malik does a good job of using his leverage and can drive bigger defensive linemen off the ball in the running game. Malik is also stout in pass protection and doesn't allow upfield penetration easily. He's committed to play college football at nearby Catawba College, and I expect him to continue serving pancakes up in Salisbury on Saturday afternoons in his future. His move to Mount Pleasant has been a perfect fit in their offense, and he's a strong pass blocker as well against interior defensive linemen.     Daniel is a very talented lineman who has developed into a legitimate college football prospect. At 6'5 and 290 pounds, Daniel has multiple offers to play college football - 8 to be exact - and has become a very valuable player for Charlotte Christian at the tackle spot. I think Daniel does equally well in pass protection and in the running game, and he's shown to be successful against some very talented opponents this season. Daniel's latest offers are from Presbyterian College and Gardner-Webb University.     Anthony has been another one of my favorite offensive linemen throughout his career. He's a relentless run blocker who can snap & step well from the center position, and has the athleticism to pull and get out in space from his guard position. Anthony is also a good leader for the offensive line and shows consistently good technique up front.     Lucas is a player who has just continued to get better and better throughout his career. I firmly believe that he still hasn't reached his ceiling for the player he can ultimately become. Lucas has committed to play college football at Mercer, and I think that's an excellent choice personally. Lucas is versatile and can play guard or tackle with excellent technique and footwork. Lucas is also extremely strong and can be a good leader for an offensive line room.     Trey has done a good job the past couple of years leading the Cardinals to a lot of wins. His championship experience has been essential for a lot of new faces on the offensive side of the ball this season. Trey has good size and can be a valuable asset to a college football program still looking for some big guys up front.     Hunter is another favorite of mine, and he's a major college football prospect also. Currently, Hunter has over 20 offers to play college football, and they're all warranted. Hunter has excellent size and projects as a tackle on the next level, in my opinion. Hunter is a strong road-grader up front in the running game, and he can move his feet well for his size in pass protection.     I've seen Andrew up close the last couple of years, and Andrew has shown that he can do more than just run block, as that is what the South Point offense is on the vast majority of Friday Nights. Andrew shows good athleticism in space and in pass protection, to go along with being a real people mover at the line of scrimmage in the running game.     Nate has been a big reason why the Sabres have had a strong season so far, helping lead them to a 7-2 overall record. Nate showed throughout the offseason some hard work at camps and showcases, flashing excellent athleticism in pass protection and good base fundamental footwork through drills. Those things have carried over on film this season, where Nate is consistently winning his matchups week in and week out, no matter who the opponent is.     Jorquis recently committed to Lenoir-Rhyne, and that school is doing an excellent job locally in collecting some of the best offensive linemen in Charlotte. That being said, Jorquis is having an excellent senior season. The thing I like most about him is his leadership and setting an example for his teammates to follow up front. Jorquis is physically dominant in the running game and doesn't give ground in pass protection. I'm excited to see how he continues to develop on the next level.     DC, or Derrin as is his first name, has had a strong season up front for the Chargers. He consistently grades out well on a week-to-week basis and shows good overall strength in both run blocking and pass protection. As an interior OL prospect at both center and guard, Derrin has good size for either position and shows nice athleticism and footwork in his fundamentals up front. Derrin has some college interest from multiple schools, and it is well deserved.     The best way to describe Nolan is that he's just a very passionate player on the offensive line. He's got a relentless motor to where he's going to block you to the echo of the whistle, no matter if he's run blocking or in pass protection. Nolan is athletic and shows the ability to get out and pull in space, as well as working in combo blocks to the 2nd level in the running game. Nolan currently has offers from both Hampden-Sydney College and Brevard College, and either one would be lucky to add him to their respective programs.     Demarion is literally a MASSIVE prospect with his size, and that naturally attracts attention from college coaches. I think Demarion is more of an interior OL prospect on the next level right now, and that's just because his strength on the inside of the line is a major asset. In both run blocking and pass protection, Demarion isn't going to give ground against a pass rush or get driven off the football at all. Demarion has interest from multiple colleges currently, and I think this game could get him some more opportunities from a recruiting perspective.     Jonathan is committed to Lenoir-Rhyne University, and they are getting a special player up front. Jonathan comes off the football in the running game, unlike any player I've seen in a while. His burst and surge are impressive, and his presence has helped the Green Wave remain undefeated so far this season. Jonathan also does a nice job in pass protection, and he sets the tone through leading by example. He's a player I enjoy watching on film because of those traits.     Burns Head Coach David Devine told me the best part of his football team was the lines of scrimmage this season, and Jaden is a big part of that engine for the Bulldogs. His size at 6'4 and 250 pounds is a nice frame for college football coaches to add weight to and continue to grow on the next level. Jaden shows the athletic ability to get out and pull in the running game, and he can climb and fit on linebackers at the second level very well. I'm excited to see him in this setting!
