[player_tooltip player_id='401496' first='Dylan' last='Green'] is one of my favorite 2026 prospects in Georgia, and I hold onto the belief that he is one of the most underrated prospects in the state, at least nationally. He is a massive cloud in the secondary with soft, quick footwork and fluid hips. He also plays both ways and contributed to the tune of 6 receptions for 155 yards and a TD in week 1. He has the tools to play at the D1 level as an X receiver. He has the size and leaping ability to climb the ladder, attacks the football when working back to the QB, and has the vertical drive off the line to set up opportunities both over the top and underneath.

*Wilkinson now plays at Calvary Christian*

I will be keeping track of Wilkinson throughout this fall, which should be his breakout season. To open the year, he finished with 6 total TDs, including 5 in the air. I thought Wilkinson impressed in several facets of the game. His touch to all levels of the field was on display, and he has good enough arm strength to muscle the ball while off-platform or fading away. He is twitchy in the pocket and plays with some energy on the move, conducting traffic as a passer and playing with some pop in his pads as a runner. I have liked the early flashes from Wilkinson, but he admittedly surprised me in week 1 and will be someone I take a closer look at.

[player_tooltip player_id='969646' first='Caine' last='Woods'] broke school records with his 12/17, 359-yard, and 6 TD performance against North Murray. He also ran the ball 10 times for an additional 67 yards. Woods is a tall, lanky, and a bit wobbly as an athlete. He is still growing into his body and adding some zip on the ball. However, he is a natural athlete and has the gamer skills to build off of. I was impressed with his backyard football skills when the play broke down. He can get the ball out with defenders around his feet, which you can credit to his quick release. In the open field, he had some legit shimmy in his hips that he threw at defenders. Woods has room to pack on weight and add more horsepower as a passer and a runner over the next few years.

This was my first extended look at [player_tooltip player_id='1055223' first='Nathan' last='Nunn'], who popped on my radar this offseason. He was active in Walnut Grove's 43-20 win over Discovery on both defense and special teams. He is a functional enough athlete, but it was his pursuit skills and energy that stood out to me. He made a tackle for a safety, flipped the field with an interception, and fell on a loose fumble, all on their side of the field. He not only made plays, but he also gave the offense short fields and helped generate points.

[player_tooltip player_id='415080' first='Christian' last='Hunter'] has been a buzzy prospect out of Milton since 8th grade and he impressed again on national TV against Buford. Hunter has all the compensators for being a shorter, stubbier DL prospect. He is explosive off the line, has a strong anchor, but it's his ability to chase the football around the yard and effortlessly flow horizontally with the offense that sets him apart. Hunter is as active a DL prospect you will find in Georgia, both at the point of attack and as a pursuer.

[player_tooltip player_id='212309' first='Tayshaun' last='Franklin'] made the most out of 6 carries with 152 yards and 3 TDs. Franklin is a no-nonsense runner who hits openings hard and doesn't unnecessarily deviate from his path. His long strides help him maintain his top-end speed and lift off from defenders. He is well-developed, carrying his 210 pounds well. He is committed to Bryant and looks like a prospect who should contribute early and often at that level.

Simon Cofrancesco was all over the field for Fellowship Christian in their statement 26-0 win over Bowdon. He finished with 4 receptions for 104 yards and 2 TDs. He flipped around and snagged an interception as well. Cofrancesco comes in at 6'1 185 with the speed and twitch to touch each level of the field. I'll keep this one simple. Typically, players of his size who run sub-11 in the 100M hold P4 offers, and he has none. Making him one of the most underrated players in the state and a steal for whoever can land him.

I'm most familiar with Wynn as an RB prospect given his size and explosiveness, but he made his impact on defense in week 1. He finished with 5+ tackles, 2 PBUs, and 2 forced fumbles. At first look, he looks like how an RB at his size is supposed to look. He has a stout low center of gravity with visible muscle mass. He is explosive when engaging on the football and has some pop at impact. He works hard to get the ball out as well. His recruitment is still taking shape, but he should have no problem generating college buzz over the next few years.
