An outstanding two-way athlete out of Cobb County, Edmonds is one of the very best prospects in Georgia for the 2026 class and proved it on a consistent basis all year long as a junior. He brings a promising 6-foot-3 175-pound frame who can run, jump, and catch as well as anyone in the state in the 2026 class. As a big-play receiver, Edmonds hauled in 32 passes for 648 yards and four touchdowns. Defensively, he was able to lock down his side of the field, making 30 tackles and showing strong cover skills on a weekly basis. He already holds several impressive offers and is now ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 2 ATH and the No. 12 overall prospect in the state.

is an avatar. He is listed at 6’3 175 with extremely impressive athletic traits and body control. He is getting plenty of buzz as a DB prospect, but I believe there is a lot to like about him at WR. He reminds me of Cam Coleman, flashing incredible body control and the ability to catch the ball in nearly impossible positions. Regardless of where he ends up position-wise, Edmonds is an elite athlete with fantastic ball skills. I think he is one of the best players in the country.
Since he picked up his first P4 offer in December 2023 from Georgia Tech, Edmonds has completely blown up as a recruit. He adds FBS and P4 offers to his name seemingly every day, and it is a heavyweight battle for his signature. He gets most of his buzz as a DB prospect, which is understandable when you factor in his 6’3 175 frame and range factor. However, I believe there is a lot to like about him at WR. He flashes spectacular ball skills, maximizing his massive catch radius by spearing the ball above his head and making impressive circus catches. He is a fluid athlete, allowing him to weave and maneuver with the ball in his hand.
Edmonds check the multi-sport box as well, playing basketball and running track for Sprayberry. To go along with his already impressive physical traits, he has room to easily add another 20 pounds of good weight.
Whether it’s at DB or WR, Edmonds is one of the best athletes in the country and is getting well-deserved buzz this spring as a result.
