[player_tooltip player_id='1110893' first='Braxton' last='Bonnett'], who has eight lower level offers, led the team in receiving last year and is back. Simi Valley won the Marmonte League title last year and reached the Division 3 championship game. The Pioneers have some returning starters on defense with the big name being Sacramento State commit <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1686088' first='Izak' last='Simpson']</strong> who had 102 tackles, 20 for a loss and 16 sacks last year. They have two quality junior linebackers in <strong>Denver Smith</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1718333' first='Brody' last='Samon']</strong> and <strong>Gavin Hammond</strong> racks up tackles at safety.
