I dug deep this week into the Class of 2028 and found a few rising Stars. Below are 5 names I think will be household names among Georgia high school football fans.

Now listed at 6'2 205, Wyatt has all the tools to be future star at LB for the Wolves. He has outstanding vision in the middle and reacts to the ball quickly. Lean, athletic frame that has the potential to carry 20+ more pounds. Aggressive tackler whose love for laying a big hit is evident in his highlights.

What Stands Out: Range of motion and his quickness to the ball. His film shows excellent speed sideline to sideline and excellent tackling technique.

Outlook: A future starter for the Wolves and a can't miss D1 prospect. The University of Arkansas and Southern Miss have already extended offers and the list will be long over the next 3 years.

The 6'2 220 DE has the potential to move to the LB spot and make a big impact for the Eagles. Good frame with a strong upper body and long arms. He showed outstanding footwork and moves around like a DB for a guy his size. He played u several positions in the Spring, lining up at the Edge and at LB. Aggressive who plays each down with a lot of intensity.

What Stands Out: Good fluid motion for his size

Outlook: Hurst's role on the deep Collins Hill roster will expand over the next few years. As he continues to develop physically in the weight room, he has the potential to become a highly recruited LB or even a TE at the next level.

The 6'1 180 signal caller got a taste of varsity action last Fall throwing for over 200 yards and a couple of TDs. All indications are that '25 is his year to shine. He has had an outstanding off season earning MVP at the Southern Exposure Camp as well as hitting the Camp circuit hard over the Summer. Great natural instincts with a "cannon" arm.

What Stands Out: Athleticism, Composure, Leadership. He carries himself on the field with a maturity level beyond his years. Great natural instincts at the QB spot.

Outlook: Colleges, including Georgia State, have already taking notice of this rising Sophomore. As he transitions into the QB1 role his stock will climb. One to watch.

It's time we start making OL household names. [player_tooltip player_id='644456' first='Hunter' last='Hill'] is the name for it. The 6'3 300 OL started for Peach Co last season as a freshman and has already picked up several P4 offers, including UGA. A guard prospect at the next level, he has also been working on the center position this Summer at the prestigious Velocity Academy. Athletic big man that understands the leverage game and uses his size and technique to blow people off the ball. Outstanding in both run and pass blocking.

What Stands Out: Top notch athleticism for a 300 pound OL. He has long arms with great bend and dominates at the high school level.

Outlook: Future P4 starter with unlimited potential.

Out of all the film I watched this week, Guimaraes has the biggest upside and breakout potential in '25. The 6'2 175 Soph is listed as an ATH in our rankings but I think he projects well at the WR at the next level. An outstanding route runner that has a knack for finding holes. He has the speed to beat you over the top and is not afraid of catching in traffic over the middle. Great hands with a long reach that hauled in several passes that were a little off target.

What Stands Out: His route running and length. He has long strides, smooth/quick cuts and accelerates after the catch.

Outlook: Purdue, Georgia State and UNLV extended offers this Summer. Guimaraes will be on the receiving end of Notre Dame QB commit [player_tooltip player_id='941943' first='Teddy' last='Jarrard'] throws this season and will have an outstanding '25 season.
