Prince William County Showcase Standouts Part 1

Held at Gar Field High School in Dumfries, Virginia this time around, their were close to 80 rising senior prospects from Prince William County in attendance. Like the past two years, a good amount of rising seniors received offers on the spot, including a few picking up their first. Obtaining his first division 2 offer from a present Ferrum University. Bezabih has been trending to play at the next level ever since his outstanding junior season. In an already big group Kirkley stands at 6'9 and 315 lbs., perhaps the biggest of them all. He will anchor what stands to be a very dominant Woodbridge offensive line in 2025. He held his own against some big time pass rushers Wednesday night. University of Maine offered him mere hours before the showcase and Delaware State was not far behind. Hobbs looked good and comfortable mainly lining up at tackle this past Wednesday. He looked the part in Dumfries constantly handling pass rushers. Just a little over 6 foot I liked when he lined up at guard going against defenders. From kids trying to bull or finesse rush him, George looked like one of the strongest prospects on site. He looked smooth during the 1vs1, he will be a tackling machine again in 2025. What should be really interesting to see is his role offensively with the graduation of all time leading rusher [player_tooltip player_id='1231470' first='Landon' last='Hunt']. Both at running back and linebacker his presence and skill set make him always standout. He was one of the best players in a loaded group at Dumfries.
