It was a great first experience watching the sophomore OL out of Franklin. Austin is coming off a season on varsity, so he is well on his way towards a ton of high level experience. At the event Austin checked in at 221 lbs with a 6'2" height and an awesome 6'5.5" wingspan. It will be interesting to see how his game develops as he continues to grow and fill out his frame, but the lack of weight to his frame didn't hurt him a ton in 1 on 1 battles. He is very quick on his feet and pairing that with his strong reactive athleticism to pass rush moves allowed him to always stay square in front of his opponent. He also surprised me with his ability to sink his hips and set his anchor vs the bigger DL and hold his ground. Koss is sitting on a really strong base of talent. I'm excited to watch him continue to mold it into a future OL recruit.

One of the favorites in the OL group among the coaching staffs was [player_tooltip player_id='206794' first='Jaxon' last='Rolsma'] out of Hartford. I was hearing positive things about him from the very start of the individual drill work. That was no surprise for me because it is very clear that Jaxon is a kid that puts in the time and dedication to make himself better. When we got to the 1 on 1s I got to watch that hard work in action. On the technique side of things, Jaxon did such a great job with accurate hand placement and constantly resetting his hands. The sophomore also did a great job showing off the leverage and strength within his frame to set a stout anchor. The way he could set his anchor and stand kids up was impressive. Jaxon is going to be a force in the trenches this fall.

I have been a big fan of Brady and his potential for growth and development over the next two years. He checked in at 6'3" 224 lbs with a 6'5" wingspan. It is a frame with a lot of potential blow up. What has me so excited about Brady is what he showed on tape, and now what he came out and showed at the PRZ WI Showcase. He was a stud in 1 on 1s. Brady is very light on his feet and his balance allows him to change direction effortlessly and quickly as he mirrors pass rush moves and counter moves. He has some clips on his X account from the day and I recommend checking them out to see that athleticism and the hand placement and how easy he moves while still being powerful. The kid has a high ceiling.

Checking in at 6'4" 307 lbs with a 6'8.5" wingspan is the dominant athlete from Janesville Craig. [player_tooltip player_id='1610084' first='Nolan' last='Duffy'] was a must watch for me coming into the day. Nolan proved that it was for good reason. His combination of power and athleticism stood out from the talented crowd. He did so well winning with power in his strong base and heavy hands whenever DL tried to overpower him. The big, strong OL could also flip a switch and show how nimble he can be on his feet to mirror his opponents. Nolan checks so many boxes from size to strength to athleticism. The ceiling and potential is so high with Duffy.

Sam was one of the athletes I couldn't wait to see in person and my own hype was for good reason. The sophomore checked in at 6'7" 285 lbs with an insane 7' wingspan. What I loved to see was the proof of development compared to his film from last fall. What matched last fall was his strength to quickly overwhelm opponents. His massive frame is loaded up with power. Where the leaps in development were very visible were in his athleticism. Sam did so well showing flexibility to drop his pad level. He was able to cover ground quickly to stay square on his man, and the 2027 also did really well using his length to make first contact and also recover whenever he was slightly caught out of position. It was a great display of development from the sophomore OL.

I love every chance we get to see the small school stud out of Spring Valley. The junior has a fantastic frame at 6'3" 287 lbs with an elite 6'8" wingspan. Maxx is already built like a collegiate lineman. He also plays with the mentality of a college OL. The dude is looking to bully his opponents. Whether that be on Friday nights or at camps. He brings the same aggression to every scenario and he also brings next level power. It was a quick win for Maxx any time that an opponent tried to beat him with power. His ability to shut down that bull rush with his strong lower body and the punch he has in his hands. I talked about how I would love to see him at guard at a D2 level or even higher because I believe he has the size, power, and mentality to be a force in that scenario. I'm excited to keep watching Maxx over the coming year.

It was great having a top OL from Minnesota make the trip over to Wauwatosa for the showcase. Mason made the trip worth it too. The 6'1" 258 lbs sophomore has just under a 6'3" wingspan. Mason was able to catch my eyes with his short area quickness while being a stout, strong wall between the DL and the QB. I wanted to go to his film to learn more about him and see how it compares to what I saw. It matches really well. Mason plays with explosive power out of his stance. He closes so quickly and has power as soon as he arrives to his target. I think he plays even faster and stronger when the pads come on. Keep an eye on this kid.

A 2026 OL out of WI to know is Cedarburg's [player_tooltip player_id='1667562' first='Parker' last='Jacobson']. He is 6'1" 252 lbs with a 6'1" wingspan. Parker does well with his pad level and his flexibility to bend at his knees and ankles to keep that pad level low. With that he was able to consistently win the leverage battle. Parker did well getting hands on quickly and gaining control from there with his strength. Parker was new to my radar coming, but I will be keeping an eye on him and I recommend others do too. He also plays long snapper.

Zach had a great day from what I saw and heard. I was able to watch the 1 on 1s and Zach was a constant winner playing inside at guard. There were multiple DL who were winning with speed and Zach was able to beat them when he met them. He has quickness out of his stance, flashes quick hands that always made first contact that were able to steer where his man ran. The sophomore was very quick reacting to counter moves as well. Even if he was a step behind he could recover by the time they made contact again. Zach has a solid base of power, hand use, and athleticism to continue to develop into a next level recruit.
