[player_tooltip player_id='568192' first='Tommy' last='Carr'] is an extremely talented quarterback that is heading into 2025 with a loaded squad and the tools within himself to take Saline on a deep run. He's incredibly poised and present in the pocket, sports some superb maneuverability in the pocket. The Miami (OH) commit has the leadership qualities and pure talent to be special.

In the district finals, I was able to watch Carr maneuver against a tough Belleville squad and still show some really good signs. At times where his wideouts were covered or the pocket broke down, he was still able to extend plays and make something happen. Carr is rightfully one of the top prospects in the 2026 class.

If you've followed Prep Redzone for any period of time, you know where we stand on [player_tooltip player_id='909904' first='Jake' last='Morrow']. A very good pocket passer that has a ton of high school reps and has been trained by elite coaches. Morrow will catch your eye immediately upon watching him. He recently caught the eye of Kent State, resulting in his first Division 1 offer.

Morrow reads and reacts extremely quickly. His arm is strong, and his mechanics are consistent. He tends to stick in the pocket confidently and it pays off. His quick trigger and accuracy make him extremely difficult to stop. Grand Blanc will again have a high ceiling just based on their QB play.

Even as the #3 quarterback in our class of 2026 rankings, Dosh may still be undervalued. His ceiling is truly QB1 in this class. The Western Michigan commit sports true dual-threat ability with the speed and vision to make a defense pay.

Even when he's not making plays outside of the pocket, Dosh is extremely proficient in reading the defense and using his good mechanics to deliver on time balls. He is a good decision maker and somehow elevates his game under pressure. Much like [player_tooltip player_id='909904' first='Jake' last='Morrow'] above, Dosh is coached by the best of the best and it has paid off.

Michigan State is getting a really good one. Kayd made an impressive leap this past season under the direction of head coach Tyrone Spencer, who made his way to East Kentwood after his time at Detroit King. Another year in the Spencer system could have Coffman in line for another major jump.

Coffman is extremely confident in the pocket. Standing tall and delivering strikes, Coffman has no issue firing the ball into tight windows. His decision making is good and his arm strength is improved a ton. East Kentwood will be a threat once again this fall thanks to [player_tooltip player_id='570285' first='Kayd' last='Coffman'].

Coming into the offseason off of an injury, it would be understandable to take it easy and not jump right back into football activities right away-but that isn't how [player_tooltip player_id='566987' first='Ryland' last='Watters'] is built. Just a couple of months removed from a devastating injury that saw him miss the majority of the 2024 season, Watters showed up to the Prep Redzone Showcase in December and absolutely balled, winning QB MVP along the way.

His size, arm strength and pure athleticism makes him a true dual-threat. The lefty has a smooth stroke and spot-on accuracy. His ability to fire it from any arm slot and with any amount of pressure bearing down on him is incredibly impressive. He should have ample opportunities at the next level, he has shown he has everything it takes.

There aren't many quarterbacks in this class that have taken as many snaps as Andrew Knight has. He has been a starter since he made the jump to high school. His transfer to Detroit King will be an interesting thing to track this fall.

Knight has the physical tools to be extremely effective. He's incredibly athletic and has a big arm- think Aidan Chiles at Michigan State. His ceiling is as high as anyone's if he is able to put it all together this season. An upgrade in supporting class and coaching could be the thing Knight needs to take the next leap in his progression.

There's a good chance that by the end of the year, [player_tooltip player_id='1148711' first='Nate' last='Rocheleau'] could see a big rankings boost. His ability to spread it around the yard is far beyond a lot of others. He doesn't favor certain routes-anything is in play with Nate slinging it.

He's another QB with a solid supporting cast and very good coaching, making him extremely dangerous. He has received some attention on the recruiting trail, but with a big 2025 campaign, even more opportunities will come his way.

[player_tooltip player_id='1608135' first='Peyton' last='Babbitt'] has been one of the late bloomers that has taken the state by storm. His athletic ability and very good arm will undoubtedly attract offers. It's hard to find the mix of arm talent and athleticism Babbitt has.

On film he appears fairly accurate and has plenty of elite characteristics. He makes good decisions and appears to read the defense efficiently. It's interesting to see the resurgence of Orchard View, but it's very clear that Babbitt is a major driving force.

In his first season starting for Notre Dame Prep, [player_tooltip player_id='1529404' first='Sam' last='Stowe'] piloted his team to a 12-1 record and a convincing win over a solid Frankenmuth squad in the D5 state title game.

Stowe has the elite size right off the bat. He stands tall in the pocket and scans the field well, and has the arm strength to fire it in tight windows with good velocity. When I got the chance to see him in person last season in a playoff game against Armada, he was also able to deal some damage with his legs. I wouldn't be shocked to see him start to roll in offers soon.

[player_tooltip player_id='566978' first='Brady' last='Thomas'] was another prime example of a coaching change unlocking another level in a player. The new staff at Brother Rice wasted no time making their program better, and Thomas was absolutely a beneficiary of that.

Brady possesses pretty consistent mechanics overall and has good arm strength. He showed off some solid ball placement at times and had really good timing on some throws. Another year in the system could push the ceiling for Thomas up even more.
