There was so much talent on the field Friday night, and the best of the bunch might be the junior WR/DB [player_tooltip player_id='1220671' first='Michael' last='Farr']. The '26 is a fantastic playmaker. Athletically, Michael has a great base of athleticism and power. His lower body explosiveness allows him to be so sudden and accelerate rapidly. Michael has done a great job of building on his frame to load it with power to run through tackles or make tackles on defense. Farr has fantastic hands and hand-eye coordination to make unreal catches downfield. Michael is one of the top skill players in WI and could play at the next level on either side of the ball.

Maybe the top steal among the uncommitted seniors on the field Friday night was edge defender [player_tooltip player_id='1394947' first='Thomas' last='Lackey']. The senior did a great job of using his hands and length to create space vs OTs throughout the night. I was surprised and impressed by Thomas' ability to set the edge vs the run. At just 200 lbs he took on linemen or TEs and held his ground forcing RBs inside towards pursuit or he would show off his quick agility while getting around the block and then making the tackle himself. As a pass rusher the senior showed off a good first step and impressive bend and balance to dip underneath OTs and run sharp paths to the QB. Thomas was on the hunt Friday night and he usually got to his prey to make a play. Don't sleep on this difference maker.

On the interior of the defensive line was Terrell McRae. The senior was looking long and lean. I'm not sure what he is weighing these days, but it is very clear that the senior has the frame to add a ton of size in a college weight room. Friday night the senior IDL was all over the trenches. He was very stout, not giving up any ground vs the Oconomowoc OL. That made it very hard for the Ocon. running game to get into a rhythm. Terrell's strength also flashes in his hands as he was able to swipe away OL to disengage and make tackles. Lastly, I was so impressed at how often the senior was in the backfield making plays. He is a difference maker with mismatch potential in the interior. Don't miss out on this senior DL.

Senior QB [player_tooltip player_id='1209461' first='Leo' last='Chiappetta'] put together an amazing performance to help Case bring home the W. It was a tough start for both offenses in the first half. That is when Leo threw his 1 INT, but once the second half started we saw the poise and confidence pay off as the senior found his rhythm. Leo was carving up the defense as he took over the game. He was accurate to every level of the field, dropping the ball perfectly where only his man could go attack the ball and make a play on it. The senior's touch was fantastic too, knowing when he had to get behind the ball or when to drop it into a spot. It was impressive watching Leo take over this game on offense. He is a rising senior QB that needs far more attention.

I was excited to get a live look at the sophomore LB, and I loved what I saw from the 2027 playmaker. Erik produced all night long. He did a great job of reading and flowing all night long and showed a consistent ability to get through the trenches unblocked. His instincts for the LB position are developing very quickly and that has allowed him to play fast. The sophomore plays like a legit three down LB. He can attack downhill vs the run game or drop into coverage. Erik did a great job making his INT late in the game to put the final nail in the coffin. He perfectly read the QB and jumped the route over the middle. In a game loaded with talent, the sophomore was able to flash over and over.

Stats: 380+ Total Yards, 4 TDs

I expected to leave this game impressed by a several offensive linemen, but by the end of the game the entire Racine Case OL unit made it clear the whole bunch needed a spot in this article. Individually the group of 5 are very talented, but their ability to play as one unit sets them apart from many units in the state. They communicated very well and did a great job providing a secure pocket as Chiappetta started to take over the game. They picked up blitzes and were able to open up enough running lanes to help provide some balance to the offense.

Individually, the LT position is held down by '27 [player_tooltip player_id='1226881' first='Trenton' last='Harris']. The 6' 280 lbs athlete is such a talented athlete. He has quick feet to easily mirror pass rushers, active hands, and always plays with outstanding leverage. LG is senior Evan Sommer who was new to my radar. He was strong on the interior, preventing the pocket from collapsing and allowing Leo to be able to step up when needed. Center is junior [player_tooltip player_id='948111' first='Declan' last='Nason']. He is another special prospect with size, quickness and strength to dominate in the run and pass game. He has a powerful base that can create movement vs big IDL in the run game. The junior did a great job keeping his head on a swivel and providing help where needed throughout the night too. RG was [player_tooltip player_id='1226973' first='Alontae' last='Morris'], another 2027. The underclassman is another stout IOL who didn't give up ground vs bull rushers. Lastly, RT is held down by talented senior [player_tooltip player_id='1209426' first='Kevork' last='Buchaklian']. Kevork has a big frame that has a ton of room to build on. He has fantastic length for the tackle position and the athleticism to be able to handle speed on the edge and agile rushers. All five of these kids definitely need to be on radars for the next level.

Malachi was a source of consistency Friday night for the Case offense. His workload kept the offense balanced and he was able to chip away at the defense until he finally ripped off his 50+ yard TD run. Malachi plays with quick lateral agility that allowed him to play between the tackles despite being only 155 lbs. He has the quick twitch agility and burst to be able to create space in tight quarters. Plus he showed impressive contact balance at times to earn yards after contact. He will be a key piece to the offense going forward through these playoffs.

This senior defender was all over the field Friday night. OLB, out in the slot, wherever the defense needed a fast, physical athlete they put Grayson. The senior did a fantastic job of flying to the football all night long. He played in space so well. The uncommitted '25 flows side to side and changes direction effortlessly and accelerates quickly. I love how aggressively Mi'sha attacks what he reads. He trusts what he sees and fires. Get your eyes on the versatile defender.
The Oconomowoc offense is in good hands going forward based off what I saw from the sophomore QB. The pocket passer has an exciting base of talents to build on this offseason as he prepares to enter his junior season in 2025. He is an accurate passer who makes great decisions with the ball. On the season he is a 60%+ completion passer with 13 TDs to 5 INTs. The sophomore was a quick decision maker and has the arm talent to hit windows all over the field. I'm excited to dive into the sophomore's tape this offseason once it comes out. Keep an eye on the 6'1" 175 lbs athlete.

The Oconomowoc run game is also in good hands next season as junior RB [player_tooltip player_id='700218' first='Alex' last='Seraphine'] will be back on the roster. Alex looks the part at 5'10" 190 lbs. He can handle the workload of being an RB1 of an offense. Friday night I was impressed with both his physicality and agility. Alex was able to pinball off tackle attempts with a low center of gravity. He also was able to make the jukes and cuts to force defenders to miss or slip off their tackle attempts allowing him to gain yards after contact. Seraphine is a well rounded athlete in the backfield. Definitely a name to know.

Patrick is a force at OT for Oconomowoc and will be anchoring this line next season. He should have a lot of attention by the time 2025 kicks off too. Patrick has built a massive, powerful frame that is able to overpower and overwhelm opponents. From his feet to his hands, everything happens with force and bad intentions behind it. Roeker is a nasty finisher and a kid who looks to maul his opponents every chance he gets. Roeker also sets himself apart by also having an athletic base underneath him. His feet get him around the trenches and up to level two quickly and efficiently. He is rounding out an impressive package that will be fun to watch when camps roll around.

Another 2025 DE steal is Oconomowoc's [player_tooltip player_id='1599701' first='Tony' last='Melaas']. He has built a strong 6'3" 230 lbs frame that proved to be loaded with explosive burst off the edge and range to chase down plays in the backfield. Tony takes on blocks and shows strong hands to disengage and toss linemen aside before making stout tackles. His power allows Tony to play violent on the edge and his high motor allows him to make impressive plays outside of the regular format of the play. Tony also has explosive lateral agility to aid him in getting around OTs. This is definitely one of the top hidden gems to know on defense.

Andrew has really impressed me the couple times I have checked out his highlights and in the Level 1 game. He has built a very strong and thick frame that looks more like an RB than a WR. That size and muscle gives him an advantage out wide. After the catch he is a violent runner who forces DBs to earn tackles and they usually have to gang tackle him. Andrew also has built balance and explosive agility to be able to run sudden routes. Kronenberg shines in the short passing game where he can show off that sudden route running and playmaking after the catch talents. Give the senior playmaker a look.

Parker has been the anchor in the middle of the Oconomowoc defense this season and he was a key piece to their strong first half defensive effort. Parker did a great job against the inside run all night long. He was quick to read and fill his gap and deliver strong,w trap up tackles to end plays quickly. The senior is a slippery athlete too that was clearly hard to stick a block on. He was strong to shuck OL to the side when they did get on him initially. Parker does a great job finding the ball and getting to the ball. Don't miss out on this kid.

Caeden is a hidden gem in the defensive backfield. He secured an INT late in the first half over the middle of the field. On the play he flashed the ability to read the QB and play with range to get across most the field to reel in the overthrow. Caeden has been a versatile athlete at the safety position. The Raccoons use him in a deep zone or will ask him to drop down and cover a slot WR. Back in a deep zone the senior has shown to have quick read and react talents that allow him to roam wide and far to break up passes. In man coverage it is impressive seeing him be able to turn and run with quick athletes. Oppold is a playmaker on the back half that needs to not be flying under the radar anymore.

Michigan State has an impressive TE on the way. He is so versatile. He has the size and strength to line up as a traditional TE and overpower DL in the run game. That size also is a huge advantage to create separation in the pass game where he can box out DBs and also pile up yards after the catch and after contact. His contact balance stems from that strength. Emmett has natural, strong, soft hands to make the catch through traffic, and he has the speed to be a legitimate threat to get down the field to attack the intermediate to deep levels. It is clear that he is developing into a next level mismatch.
