Checking In On The Top 10 Quarterbacks In The 2027 Class

<p class="text-gray-700"><strong>Film Review</strong>: [player_tooltip player_id='427533' first='Charlie' last='Foulke IV'] has limited film from last year, but has all the tools to be a successful quarterback. Looking at some of his film from the off-season you see the talent. He has excellent mechanics and footwork in the pocket. He does well reading the defense and delivering a good football. Foulke has all the talent in the world and I expect he will start and play a lot for St. Joseph's Prep this season. </p>   <p><strong>Off-Season Update: </strong>Not much of an update on his Twitter page, but I did see him throw at the Prep Redzone Showcase. He played on the St. Joseph Prep team that played well at the showcase. He has all the tools to be an elite quarterback. He has a great feel for the game. He knows when to get rid of the ball and delivers a good football. His mechanics are impeccable. I expect he had an opportunity to start and play a lot for Imhotep Charter.</p>   <p><strong>Off-Season Update</strong>: McLeish does not have a Twitter account, so it is hard to know what exactly he has been up to. He is just stuck behind Kentucky commit Stone Sanders. Williams has limited film, but watching his film you can see talent is there to be a good quarterback. He has a great presence in the pocket. He knows where to go with the ball and throws a good football. Williams will have to sit behind Stone Sanders for one more year, but then he have a chance to start.</p>   <p><strong>Off-Season Update</strong>: Williams has been training and is part of a 7 on 7 team. He has a good arm and excellent mechanics in the pocket. He has a good arm and knows when to put good touch on the ball as well. Brinkley could be moved up this list with a strong Sophomore year.</p>   <p><strong>Off-Season Update</strong>: Brinkley has been busy attending Pittsburgh and Penn State's camp. He can do it all at the quarterback position. He is equally as good inside the pocket as well as outside the pocket. Inside the pocket, he throws a beautiful deep ball. He puts the perfect amount of touch on the ball. Outside the pocket, he thrives when the play breaks down and scrambles around. Gatling is a good prospect at the quarterback position.</p>   <p><strong>Off-Season Update</strong>: Not much on his Twitter for his off-season work. He is equally as good at running the ball as he is at throwing the ball. As a runner, he has legit speed, and when he gets into the open field he is gone. He is good in designed run plays or when the play breaks down. In the pocket, he shows he has a real feel for the game. He does a nice job of reading the defense and getting rid of the ball. He has a strong arm and shows it off on different route concepts.</p>   <p><strong>Off-Season Updat</strong>e: Snyder has not posted much on Twitter this off-season. He seems perfectly content in the pocket throwing the ball, but when the play breaks down he does a nice job of scrambling around to make a play. He has excellent mechanics, throwing motion, and footwork. He does a good job of scanning the field and finding open receivers. Strader Jr. had a solid Freshman year and I expect he continue to grow as a player. </p>   <p><strong>Off-Season Update: </strong>Strader has started to gain some attention in the recruiting circle. He is a dynamic quarterback who can do it all at the QB position. He is equally as good inside the pocket as he is outside the pocket. He is like a machine in the pocket the way he holds onto the ball and delivers a good ball every time he throws the ball. When the play breaks down he keeps it alive to make something out of it. He has a ton of talent as a quarterback. </p>   <p><strong>Off-Season Update</strong>: Peel's Twitter account has been quiet lately, but has all the tools to play at a higher level next season. Cummings has good mechanics and excellent footwork in the pocket. He stands tall in the pocket and has a great frame standing 6'3 inches tall. Cummings also shows good ability by scrambling around to make plays outside the pocket. He is a highly skilled quarterback in the 2027 class and will have to wait another year behind DeRosa. </p>   <p><strong>Off-Season Update: </strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1149743' first='Logan' last='Cummings'] has been putting in a ton of work this off-season. He has shown on his Twitter he has constantly worked on his mechanics and footwork in the pocket this off-season. He has great mechanics in the pocket and good footwork as well. Shank did not play that much last year because he was stuck behind a veteran quarterback, but I expect he will start for Trinity this season. Shans also has a great feel for the game and does a good job of anticipating where to throw the ball. I am excited to see his progress during the season.</p>   <p class="text-gray-700"><strong> Off-Season Update</strong>: Shank has had a busy off-season playing for AIT Training 7 on 7 team. He recently visited the University of Maryland for a Tournament.
