Cabs earned MVP honors of the DB group as one of the youngest prospects in the position group. He’s a talented nickel/S with the instincts, athleticism, and frame (5’11″/170) to develop into a future D-I prospect. He showed his advanced IQ and anticipation in the half-line and 7v7 sessions and is a strong man-cover defender. Cabs is young up-and-coming DB to keep on the 2027 radar as he continues to grow and develop.
Highlights
Asiedu showed the D-I physical tools and skillset that have helped him add offers from Bethune-Cookman, UConn, Campbell, and Delaware St. over the past year. He showed focus on his fundamentals during individual drills and drove hard out of his breaks to make plays on the ball in 1v1s. He carries an athletic frame at 5’10″/170 that should continue to develop over the next few years and contribute to his overall upside at the next level. Look for Asiedu to continue to climb the 2026 DB ranks as a junior in the fall.
Croffie proved to be one of the most versatile talents on the field on Sunday earning top performer honors among both DB and WR groups. He’s a dynamic player that flashed ball skills and athletic talent making plays on the ball from both positions in 1v1s. He packs noticeable burst and explosiveness and finished among the top of both position groups during the testing portion. He’s a strong athlete measuring in at 6’/200 and used his physicality to be disruptive at the LOS in pressed up 1v1s. Croffie, who’s generated offers from Cornell and Louisville since October, will play at Los Alamitos in the fall.
Reyes showed his playmaking ability and coverage skills as a nickel/SS on Sunday. He’s a savvy zone defender that can use his awareness and feel for the game to put himself in the right spots around the second and third levels. He’s a reliable tackler on film and played all over the secondary for Santa Margarita as a sophomore last season. Reyes should be a player to watch in Orange Lutheran’s secondary this season.
Highlights
McCarty was a standout performer for his technical skill in the individual period and his ability to be disruptive at the catch point in 1v1s. He’s an efficient mover that drives on routes with light feet and uses his reach effectively to create PBUs. Look for McClarty to build off his sophomore season for Beaumont as he continues to grow and develop his skillset in the secondary.
