1.
In the initial 2027 PRZ state rankings, Lancaster comes in ranked #1 overall. At 6’4” 205 lbs. he’s got a rare combination of size, length, and athleticism for a freshman. Operates mainly out of the slot but is a mismatch no matter where he lines up. He runs well and possesses good natural movement skills and body control to adjust to ball flight. Confident with his hands, he is aggressive at the catch point and uses his length well to extend his catch radius outside his framework. Does a good job using his body/size to create positional leverage and shield defenders away from the ball. Like his ability to make tough contested catches in traffic going across the middle. He’s got ideal size and skillset for an elite level TE. Holds three offers to date, all from in-state programs, but expect him to be a national recruit.
3 Offers: Arizona, Arizona State, NAU
2.
A lot to like about Jones’ skillset. At 6’1” 170 lbs. he’s a smooth and savvy athlete that can stretch the field vertically or find the soft spots in coverage at the short and intermediate levels. He’s a plus route runner that is creative and has good awareness of where defenders are to establish a throwing lane. Like his ability to release and get back on track to stack defenders giving himself a two way go. Good speed, lateral agility, and acceleration out of his cuts after the catch make him elusive in the open field with the ability to turn short passes into explosive plays. He’s a natural hands catcher and attacks the ball in the air to compete at the catch point. Transferred to Chandler from Corona De Sol where he’ll play his sophomore season. He’s the #2 ranked overall prospect in the 2027 class holding four D1 offers to date.
4 Offers: NAU, Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado State
3.
Roberts comes in as our third ranked overall prospect and #1 RB in the 2027 class. He’s a complete back with three down ability at 6’0” 185 lbs. that can take over a game as both a ball carrier and receiver. He’s quick to press the line with an accelerated burst and shows great short area quickness to avoid contact through the LOS and at the second level. Possesses a strong and sustained second gear to break away once in space. He’s got natural ball carrier instincts and vision to see angles and attack open running lanes. Really like his contact balance and ability to run through tacklers with good leg drive and leverage at the POA. A very good receiver that catches the ball well not only at the short/intermediate levels but can also push vertically. He’ll be ranked near the top of 2027 prospects throughout his high school career. Four D1 offers to date.
4 Offers: Arizona State, NAU, Central Michigan, Colorado State

Hildebrand was a freshman starter for one of the top teams in the state and voted All Premier Region Honorable Mention. At 6’6” 285 lbs. he already has ideal size, length, and frame for the major D1 level. He’s strong at the POA with the ability to overpower opponents and finish them to the ground. He’s a mauler that explodes at the contact point driving his feet to move opponents off the ball. Shows functional mobility and footwork to match movement and get to the spot to establish positional leverage. He’s got active hands with good placement and extension to sustain his blocks and control defenders. In pass protection, comes off the ball and is quick to get into his set. He’s able to stay in front and wash defenders out. Top ranked 2027 offensive lineman with offers from Arizona State and Colorado State. He’s got a high ceiling and will see many more offers come in as he progresses through the recruiting cycle.

Sidney is a dynamic athlete with great fluidity in his movement. At 6’0” 165 lbs. he’s quick off the line and out of his stance with a strong drive phase to eat up the DB’s cushion. Plus change of direction to burst out of his breaks while showing he can drop his hip level to be quick in/out of his cuts. Sells his routes hard with good stems and head fakes to force the DB to flip their hips and transition. Good ball judgement skills and tracking ability to adjust and make a play on the ball. He extends at the catch point and uses his body control to make tough receptions in tight spaces and to the boundary. Extends gains with his speed and athleticism after the catch. Picked up his initial offer from Arizona before playing a down of high school ball and has since added two more G5 offers.
