That spot, currently held by names like Shawn Lee and Skyler Smith Skyler Smith 6’1″ | 185 lbs | QB Malvern Prep | 2025 State PA , has been up for grabs for some time, with Sping-Ford’s QB garnering consideration each ranking update. Through the first three weeks of the season, Zollers is forcing our hand, not only to potentially raise his rank this offseason but to recognize what he brings to the table. Rankings are at the bottom of the totem poll in terms of importance, what’s important is showcasing how Zollers has been carving up defenses left and right.
First-three production, two out of three games with 300 yards passing, two out of three games accounting for 6+ TDs. Ridiculous start for a kid FBS teams already have on radar. Cutting on the 2023 tape, you’ll see a confident passer with an idea of what he wants to do with the football pre-snap. There’s conviction and decisiveness behind each throw, this is what great coaching of a playbook/system can produce. The young man looks locked in, fully aware of all things around in, pre-snap, post-snap, in the pocket, defensive alignment, etc. I will say, the SF OL, coaching staff, as well as the weapons deployed have played their part, Zollers can’t produce this way without all areas clicking. I’ve often mentioned how impressed I am with Zollers’ ability to create with his legs, either passing lanes or rushing yards. My first impression has become a lasting one watching him run against Miff, Judge, and CV. Didn’t think I’d be saying this, but he’s in the dual-threat QB group, the same group Lee and Smith sit in currently. Old Dominion has pulled the trigger on Zollers, expect more FBS programs to follow suit sooner rather than later.
I don’t dabble into NJ football too much, and it shows. Noticed a Luke Van Brill Luke Van Brill 6’0″ | 210 lbs | TE Kingsway | 2024 State NJ getting significant time, producing too, was a name I didn’t recognize on Roman’s Hudl. Van Brill is apparently ranked as a top-ten TE in NJ before transferring to Roman before the season. 6’1, a filled-out 210. Can designate as a WR/TE depending on where Roman wants to align him pre-snap. A tough kid whose defensive reps prepare him for trench work, so having him block as an in-line TE isn’t out of his comfort zone. I’d consider him an impact blocker, especially considering his size. Van Brill likely projects to LB at the next level, yet using Van Brill in an H-back style makes too much sense. Align him in the slot, he can work seams and corners. Align him at MLB and he can plug holes like some of the best in the state. Utilize him in the backfield, at FB, at ITE, he can help block in more sophisticated run sets. I like this kid a ton.
Darren Jackson Darren Jackson 6’3″ | 185 lbs | LB Lansdale Catholic | 2026 State PA has capitalized on what was an off-season filled with hard work. Said off-season was also filled with hype surrounding his name, it’s looking like the hype was warranted. Back-to-back weeks registering a sack, he’s double-downed on his 8-tackle night against SCH with a double-digit tackle night this past weekend. The 2026 star has also gone back-to-back weeks scoring a TD on offense too. This two-way production and early effect on football games is exactly the kind of impact I figured Jackson would have at some point this season. I just didn’t think he’d be performing this well this early on. I’ve sent his name to coaches since the moment I identified him. It’ll be even easier to do so moving forward. Love how the LC coaching staff isn’t holding back in terms of utilization.
Unsure of what Nymeir Appling Nymeir Appling 6’2″ | 185 lbs | WR Father Judge | 2024 State PA did this past weekend. I am, however, aware of his awesome production through two games so far. Appling has eclipsed the 120+ yard mark through the first two weeks of the season, reeling in eight balls for 260+ yards of offense, scoring once in each game too, all while putting in work on the defensive side of the football. I’ve been standing on the table for this kid for what seems like an eternity, it’s time someone pays attention. With coaches peeking in on three-game tapes, I hope a school sees the potential this young man has at corner or WR.

Danny Dyches Danny Dyches 6’4″ | 185 lbs | WR Souderton | 2024 State PA has put forth a first-three tape similar to what we’ve been used to out of the Souderton pass-catcher. Ad advertised, yet a D1 offer still eludes the 6’4, 185-pound tri-sport athlete. He’s looking further seasoned as a route-runner. Dyches has always been a smooth glider and strider, yet he’s working in and out of his breaks equally as smooth as when he’s taking the top off a defense. Good blend of tough catches seen on tape, some easy ones recorded because of how effortlessly the young man runs away from DBs. Dyches and Appling are in the same boat, boats filled with kids who continue to produce yet lack what I feel are deserved recruiting interest. I have a good feeling that’ll change sooner rather than later.

Looking at some clips out of Cole Euker Cole Euker 6’3″ | 280 lbs | OL Perkiomen Valley | 2025 State PA , I find it hard to believe schools interested in the Perkiomen Valley star won’t pull the trigger soon. Ball State did well in offering Euker this past June. Ball State is the kid’s lone D1 offer, that’s more than some have on this list so Euker shouldn’t be quick to panic or be worried about anything. Euker’s got the right approach, put in work behind closed doors, put forth great tape, the rest will take care of itself. I do, however, believe the kid could be due for G5 offers, even if the likes of Rutgers and WVU want to hold off for a bit. The top five lineman prospect is on track and keeping par with what we thought his trajectory might look like. Perkiomen Valley is finding early success this Fall, largely in part due to Euker’s play on both sides of the field.
