Well built physically with good pocket mobility, Hicks displayed those skills and then some multiple times this summer but the biggest trait that stood out the most to me was his arm strength. This Chattanooga area signal caller showed excellent power out of his right arm during the camp circuit this summer while also displaying improved accuracy and timing. Hicks is also a good athlete that handles the pocket, so he brings not just arm talent to the field but mobility as well. This season will be the 1st time Hicks is under center as the full time guy and based off his summer performances, I expect this Buccaneers product to not only impress but establish himself as one of the best at his position from the East Tennessee region.

Better get to know this Mid-Tennessee wideout as Hubbard is the prototypical slot receiver with big play abilities that were on full display this summer at college camps. The Raptors junior receiver has all the explosive traits you want from speed, quickness, sudden movements and the ability to make plays anytime the ball touches his hands. Hubbard stacked together top performance after top performance this summer, establishing himself as a prospect to watch moving forward and someone that could reach the Power Five level. This wideout reminds me of a mix between Ladd McConkey and Julian Edleman and if that’s the case, you might see Hubbard playing football beyond the college ranks one day.

This East Tennessee big man has been on my radar for a while now but I was waiting for him to grow and mature into his body and this summer at college camps, that upside started to show up! Laisure is a big dude that has all the physical traits to play up and compete on the highest level of college football. He proved that to me this summer where he showed off excellent hands and the ability to shield the defender, presenting his quarterback with a big target. Laisure can also move pretty well for his size too and I think he can get faster as he develops. The offers haven’t arrived yet but I feel that’s just a matter of time before they start coming in.

Adair made the rounds this summer, attending camps of some top level Power Five programs and he more than impressed, he landed several big offers and made it known that he is one of the best O-line prospects from our in-state #TN2025 class. The Mustangs rising junior is well built physically with a frame that can take on more weight and the versatility to play multiple roles across the O-line. The biggest thing I think me and collegiate coaches found out this summer was that Adair has the athleticism to develop at tackle as he showed excellent work with his pass blocking. Prepare to hear a lot about this Mid-Tennessee product moving forward as Adair has all the traits that appeal to Power Five coaches.
This summer camp season was critical for Moore as he worked to establish himself as a top prospect at his position and he did just that, displaying good athleticism and mobility along with the power to keep up with top level O-linemen. A big reason for Moore making this list was his work in certain big time camps like Notre Dame, Tennessee and Virginia Tech. The Patriots junior big man handled himself well, showing active, powerful hands along with a burst that O-linemen had a hard time dealing with. He still has more learning to go but Moore took a major step this summer, boosting his stock and turning closer to a Power Five prospect.

Sporting great size and length along with a frame that will grow, McCormick went into this summer camp season as an under the radar talent that took his stock to another and while the offers haven’t arrived yet, this West Tennessee product proved to me that he is worthy. Coming from a small part of Tennessee, McCormick has to stand out at every stop from camps to games and he excelled this summer, showing off his ability to chase the ball down with good speed and range as well as drop to play in space. The Cardinals junior linebacker is still learning and growing into his body but the potential is definitely there to watch his stock soar this Fall season.

Taylor was possibly the biggest standout of all this summer from anybody on this list as he landed several key offers by displaying outstanding speed to go along with his tall and long body. Sporting great physical traits, Taylor has the look of a Power Five, D1 guy and proved that worth by running in the 4 ‘4s while displaying excellent range and ball hawk skills. Right now before the Fall season, I have Taylor pinpointed for safety but his ability to run fast might allow him to develop out at cornerback. His upside is tremendous as he brings a lot of secondary value, so watching his progression this coming season will be fun to watch.
One of the more athletic prospects from our #TN2025 class, Muhammad made a statement this summer proving that he is a Power Five prospect and a talent that is far from a finished product, which makes him very appealing to collegiate coaches. The Warriors junior playmaker could be one of the fastest players in this state and where that speed stood out the most at college camps was defensive back. Muhammad displayed outstanding feet and hips as well as the ability to change directions quickly. Those traits landed him offers from Memphis and Vanderbilt along with interest from several Power Five schools. Muhammad is a budding star that is on the horizon of a breakout junior campaign, so stay tuned!
