To wrap up our top five offensive linemen in the class of 2027 in the state of Kentucky, I have Xavier Carter Xavier Carter Xavier Carter 6'2" | 300 lbs | OL Frederick Douglass | 2027 State KY . Carter lines up at right tackle where he is a dominant run blocker. He creates movement off the line of scrimmage with ease then uses his strong leg drive/high motor to finish his blocks several yards down the field. In pass protection, Carter has shown the ability to mirror opposing pass rushers while keeping a strong base and inside position with his hands. Xavier currently holds offers from UT-Martin and Southern Mississippi, and I can see more offers piling up for him moving forward.
