Davis, who spent his Junior year at Erasmus Hall after moving from Christ the King, picked up his Fordham offer in early spring and committed after an official visit in June. Davis, who joined a stacked group of DL prospects at Erasmus Hall, all of which graduated, is returning as the key piece to a defensive group that has been one of the best in New York year after year. I saw Davis at the Elite V showcase, and his length and explosiveness are evident; he has the build and motor to make an impact at the next level.

Davis has been getting some serious D1 interest and we saw why on Saturday. He made an argument as the top edge rusher at this event. He’s next in line for the great Erasmus Hall defensive line products. At 6 foot 4 and 225 pounds, he has an exciting frame to work with and he uses it well. He’s long, quick, and technically sound. Look out for him to be one of the top players in the PSAL this season.

Tyler Davis Tyler Davis 6'4" | 225 lbs | EDGE Erasmus Hall | 2025 State NY who transitioned from the NYCHSFL to the PSAL this past fall was a dominant part of the strongest defensive line group in the state at Erasmus Hall this past season. Davis who had some D1 interest early in his career picked up a D1 offer this week from Fordham. Expect Davis to continue to gather interest through the spring and he is a player to watch this fall as he becomes the main focus of an Erasmus Hall defensive line group that loses three players to D1 colleges.

There is no doubt that Tyler Davis Tyler Davis 6'4" | 225 lbs | EDGE Erasmus Hall | 2025 State NY is one of the top candidates to be rising up these rankings with his new home at Erasmus Hall. With the standard of development for players being set by Erasmus Hall in New York they surely will turn Davis from a raw athletic prospect with good measurables and flashes on tape to a more refined product on tape with very developed pass rush moves. It may be some time before we see that because the group of 2024s currently at E-hall but Davis is a name to watch through the fall.

Tyler Davis Tyler Davis 6'4" | 225 lbs | EDGE Erasmus Hall | 2025 State NY , another Christ the King transfer, will go to the public schools and play for Erasmus Hall of the PSAL. Davis ends up in a really good situation at Erasmus Hall which has a long history of developing really quality defensive lineman, including a current group of three class of 24′ guys that Davis can also learn from. Davis was already one of the most intriguing 25′ players in this class and the move to E-Hall will be exciting for Davis’ future.
