Grizzle is a heavy handed physical inside player that wins with explosive hands/hips, and snaps out of his stance while creating immediate knock-back with some pass rush abilities as well. He is stout against the run, can redirect and flows well to the ball while athletic enough two two-gap and provide an interior pass rush with power and a relentless motor. He had multiple D2 and NAIA offers, but shut down his recruitment and committed to Boise State, which is a very nice local get for the Broncos.

Grizzle is one of the top unknown players for the 2023 season as he goes into his senior year at Mountain View. Grizzle started at defensive end for Mountain View last season and made an huge impact in the defensive front where he used his long levers to create separation from offensive lineman. Grizzle has a natural instinct to be in the right spot at the right time where he finds himself always around the football. His move to the interior this season is one that is going to pay off huge not only for him but for Mountain View. He has put on good weight and showed during the camp season the impact that he is going to make on the inside. Strong enough to hold his ground against double teams and quick enough to be offensive guards, he shows the defensive end ability wrapped up into a heavier strong version of himself. Should have a monster senior year and will be one of the top defensive lineman in the SIC.
