Randall is a player that plays with great balance and is versatile enough to play on either side. He has the range to be able to mirror speed pass rushers in the passing game, being able to time his punch well to keep his hands inside. He can be hard to shake once he is locked on in the passing game making him a dependable blocker. In the running game he is physical and fires off of the ball, knocking defensive linemen back and creating running lanes. He latches on and is able to bring his feet with him driving defenders out of the play. At times is an effective combo blocker with range to reach the second-level.
