A newcomer to Pine Creek, Jenkins is set to make an immediate impact. Despite his size, he moves with impressive agility, seamlessly picking up blocks on the edge and climbing to the second level to create cutback lanes. He possesses the strength to bully defenders and the technique to lock them down in both the run and pass game. In pass protection, his quick feet and strong hand placement allow him to neutralize rushers and stand them up at the point of attack. Jenkins will step right into the spotlight and emerge as a key player in the rankings.

Jenkins is a massive offensive lineman in person and transferred to Los Alamitos this summer from Saguaro in Arizona.

He played right tackle for Los Alamitos in its rout of Narbonne this week. He’s a powerful sophomore is an effective pass blocker.

At 6’6″ and 300 lbs, he has no trouble moving defenders out of the hole. He may not be the fastest lineman in the country, but for a man of his size, Jenkins can really move once he gets going; and that’s a scary sight for defenders to see coming at them. Despite his height, Jenkins is still able to get low to ensure he doesn’t completely lose leverage and does an excellent job of keeping his hands active so that defenders are never able to get off their pass-rushing moves. Every time someone is able to get a hand on him, he has no hesitation to slap it away and get reengaged. Jenkins picked up his first D1 offer to Central Michigan over the offseason and this could be the first of many as he goes through his sophomore season with Saguaro.
