Despite the long frame, Tommy has a low center of gravity that has helped him be able to break tackles and keep gaining yards without having to slow down or regather himself. Lutz also does a great job reading his blocks and identifying where and when to attack as the blocking develops. The senior also can be utilized as a receiving back, or asked to be a blocker.
