Wayzata struggled to a 1-8 record in 2025, but Thor Soukup Thor Soukup 6'2" | 225 lbs | QB Wayzata | 2027 State MN thrived as a strong leader for the Trojans’ offense. Soukup threw for 1043 yards, 12 TDs, and 6 INTs while rushing for 137 yards and 3 TDs. Since merging into the varsity lineup during his sophomore year, Soukup continues to grow more comfortable in command of the offense, standing out already with his potent frame and athleticism for the position as well as his big arm, Soukup also showed improvement with his ball placement and timing as the season went on. Soukup has all the makings of becoming a great Pro-style QB at the next level, and he’s bound to receive several D1 offers coming his way very soon.
