rnWhat I like about Carpenter is that he knows the game of football and can beat you in many ways. In the passing game, Tayden has racked up honors here in October, earning Ohio Valley Conference player of the week for his phenomenal performance vs. Rock Hill. Tayden does an excellent job working his feet in the pocket and has the mobility to make lateral cuts. Carpenter also holds over a 4.0 GPA, making him even more attractive to college coaches on the hunt for a QB in the class of 2023. You can expect Ironton to make a deep run in the state playoffs this season, as they are loaded in all positions with the leadership of a veteran quarterback.
