Stats: 23 Carries, 294 yards, 6 TDs
Robert ran his absolute heart out Friday night vs Verona! The uncommitted senior is one of the best overall players still on the market and he showed why in a Level 2 win. Robert plays with elite speed and strong contact balance that allows him to play through contact and sometimes it seems like he is accelerating through that contact. Robert plays with such great vision too. Pair that with his decisiveness and the senior is able to attack the defense, always be gaining yards, and waste essentially no movement or time. Beglinger is an impressive prospect that needs far more attention than he has at this point. He has helped Franklin to an undefeated season so far and they have their sights set on big goals. Robert had big shoes to fill in 2024 and he filled them perfectly. The RB1 proved to be a legitimate three down back. Beglinger can win with power or athleticism and also run between the tackles to get the edge on the defense. Look for him to have a big impact on games this fall, especially early as Franklin gets a new QB1 rolling.

I’m jacked up to see one of the state’s best RBs in person. Following a great junior season, Robert already has earned an FBS offer and is looking to continue to build out that offer sheet. Being able to put together a strong combine will go a long way in grabbing him more attention heading into the summer camp cycle. The tape is strong, showing a kid that can be a three down threat with his inside/outside running and receiving threat. Now we get to put some athletic numbers alongside the tape to fully round out who he is as a player. Big day ahead for Robert.

Robert and Franklin HS play at the highest level of WI HS football, yet the ’26 RB still has a highlight reel full of examples where he looks like a man amongst boys. The 6′ 185 lbs athlete plays with a strong base of instincts and vision. He sees things unfold and develop and instantly knows how and where to attack. The junior has the speed to win in space, the quickness to make the defense miss and create space, and Robert won’t shy away from contact at the end of plays. Beglinger has also proven that he can be utilizes on screens and other receiving routes. Robert is a three down back that is just getting started in proving what he has to offer the next level.
