Williams is a fun back to watch for a long list of reasons. His speed and acceleration are top-notch. He’s full speed in just a few steps and will continue to accelerate all the way down the field. He’s able to absorb contact and bounce off hits. He runs hard and with a sense of urgency. He’s incredibly agile and can make a defender miss in a phone booth. He’s got great vision and knows how to be on the heels of his lead blocker, who he can hide behind and shoot out of the hole full-speed. He’s got the speed to get the corner just about every snap if he wants, but he doesn’t need to. He’s good in between the tackles, finding the creases, and exposing them. He carried the ball 90 times for 754 yards and scored 15 TDs.
